List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:

Only holding heavy weapons license and riot control as i have not been interested in being a combative i enjoy the roleplay part of things more.
Holding ECA at this current time
i held:
E11 pvt
CI-A
both i didn't find entertaining due to the combative nature

-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1774730650691.png

One for inappropriate conduct. Someone was making the "a succulent Chinese meal" meme, and I played into it a bit too hard with the person (no idea who they were). Officially, it was a warning. The one taking the sit was understanding, as it was my first offense.
Same as when I applied for ECA.

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:

people can make as ECMs and i wanna be a part of it if you'd have me.

Ethics Committee Member, as it feels like the next step. I have people asking if I’m going to apply or jokingly saying, “Crow ECM when?”

I feel like I would do well within the role. I know it’s no longer just a junior CL4 position, and I have more power both OOC and IC, but on top of that, more responsibilities within the server discord and forums.

The Ethics Committee has been a pleasant welcome, and I want to give that back. Omega-1 has been nice as well.

On top of things, creating RP for others is one of the biggest things I want to do on the server. I know everyone wants that, but as an ECM/ECA, I would be able to focus everything I’ve got on one situation.

The biggest reason I am going for ECM instead of, let’s say, any MTF or combative leadership role is because overall I don’t see myself, or any characters I’d make, as combative. As such, I’d fit more within Ethics. As for what Overseer Assistants do, or what O5 has, it hasn’t intrigued me as much as the Ethics Committee does.

And as such, dealing with departmental issues, creating tension, and going to have conversations with people—knowing that what, in my eyes, isn’t always right and could get that character killed. I love the tension people can create as ECMs, and I want to be a part of it, if you’d have me.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:

I genuinely hate talking about myself, as I’m not known to try and “sell myself” to put it bluntly but it’s a must in this situation.

I trust myself in believing that I’d be a viable Ethics Committee Member for these reasons:

I’m aware of some of the things I’ll have to deal with as an ECM, both OOC and IC.

IC: People will come to me or an ECA with questions. If the ECA does not know the answer, I should. I should be able to explain most things to people.

OOC: Together with fellow ECMs or the ECC, planning events and dealing with any issues people might have within the ECAs.

I distinguish OOC and IC at all times and casually remind those around me to stay in character, as people running into us would not know what’s going on OOC.

I try my best to be as approachable as possible, both on Discord and IC, and will continue doing so.

I have experience roleplaying outside of the server. A list of things includes:

Minecraft voice roleplay (whitelisted with friends)
D&D roleplay as both Dungeon Master and player, using self-made stories
(Not as proud of this one) FiveM whitelisted servers

A downside I have is that, without the help of Voicemod (or other voice changers), I can’t really change my voice as my vocal cords are damaged (it hurts when I try to).

Overall, the amount of time I’m able to put into this, at least until my exams in June are done. I’ve been told (prior to my LOA) that I’m the ECA people see the most and go to for their issues. Now that we have newer ECAs who seem to be on just as much, I feel it’s right to step up, and I promise to do right by everyone here.

Character creation is something I usually do well. I’m about to finish Crow Bertly’s endeavor in the Foundation. however, I could see him getting PK’d as an ECM. Crow was my first, and still is my first, character within the Foundation, which I’ll be replacing after around 1 to 2 months with a new character that I’m working on.

As well as cooperating with other people across civil networks to create linked character stories, I already have a few ideas of who I’d do this with.

Overall, aside from my voice, I feel like I’d do fine as an ECM, keeping RP going with anyone.

i plan to stay within ethics for most of my stay as its the department that means the most to me.

got no plans on moving to any other positions be it JR CL4 or director of a department

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:

Overall ethics committee isn't about keeping everything ethical to each minute detail. Often it's about choosing between two evils. Being a part of something bigger, choosing what to sacrifice and what to keep. What is an acceptable sacrifice and what isn't.
Maintaining the FLC updated with other Foundation personnel and possible changes.

Tribunals are also typically conducted by an ECM; however, they can be done by an ECA. It is also possible to watch over an ECA and guide them throughout it.

Managing ECAs is important—giving them tasks, involving them in RP, and making sure they are useful without leaving them idle.

Working with Omega-1 is also a big part—giving them tasks, supporting their operations, and helping create engaging RP without micromanaging them.

Primary Action exists as a last resort—removing or eliminating members of the O5 Council if they become a threat to the Foundation.

Keeping the veil of the Ethics Committee as just simple pencil pushers.

Issuing Code Black, Advanced Armoury, site-wide amnestication, and calling ERT or Alpha Warhead if server health is damaged.

Overall responsibilities align with general CL4 expectations, acting responsibly, supporting the server’s RP, and ensuring everything runs smoothly while keeping the Foundation’s mission in mind.

Working close with ISD insuring that foundation personnel behave as they should

Help o1 and isd liaise together for investigations or busts

doing your best not to be biased during situations and if biased pass it on to another ECM or ECC.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):

Director of ISD (DoISD)

Ethics Committee Assistant applications

Ethics Committee Members (our input on applications to the role)

Omega-1 Commander

Communicating with SL about server health.

Handling any issues that may arise OOC within the ethics committee or inform the current ecc.

In general being professional about things when needed

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Personnel file - Project Violet-9 -

Overall the situation i see crow first being involved in is a corruption arc for crow based on his eyes which i'm writing on still.

basically the power and the chemicals of the injected compound is getting to his head growing him more bold over time. a situation everyone would be able to be a part of. i do have an extra file based on this should it be needed but its still a work in progress.

other non related scenarios could include getting o1 to be a bigger part of isd than it is in this current moment without taking isd's job from them.

i also have a disappearance from crow in the works related to project violet-9 building up his further insanity

“It’s a hard job to do and takes evaluation… I’m not naïve nor a pushover, but I remember exactly what it feels like to be on the other side of this table.”
i appreciate all the support i do have for going into this position whether jokingly or meant in a serious manner. i promise to do good by all of your trust. if anything is considered missing from this let me know and ill explain further in comments or dms.

Sorry crow but you lack the understanding of what an ECM's responsibilities are, this is not that good of an application, and you lack sufficient experience.

That is me putting it quite bluntly, and don't get me wrong you are a nice fella but with the the negatives you would have no idea what you are doing as an ecm or you would wear yourself out instantly. Best of luck though gang.

have been escorting crow from the first day as a tiny D-Class intern for ethics and now also seeing him everyday trying to help any and everyone who he can as an assistant, so i think he will do great in as an ECM

Im sorry Crow but I don't think you are ready for a position such as ECM. Firstly as people said the application lacks any real understanding of an ECMs role, and honestly lacks confidence whilst also being oddly formatted.

My biggest issue is that as of right now, I feel you already try to take advantage of the trust given to an ECA, I commonly see you ordering around and overturning ISD, being pushy with RSD etc.

It is not something I would want to see from an ECA let alone an ECM.
