For how long have you played on CG SCP: around 2025 December in a serious manner where i didn't just play as d-class becoming an intern shortly after this sometime in January and gotten the role ECA the 18th of February. before this i have been on and off only partaking in casual rp as a d-class + researcher +GSD

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
One for inappropriate conduct. as a d-class. Someone was making the "a succulent Chinese meal" meme, and I played into it a bit too hard with the person (no idea who they were). Officially, it was a warning. The one taking the sit was understanding, as it was my first offense.
Same as when I applied for ECA. ive received 1 verbal warning (gotta say this as its mentioned due to me being a CL4) for attacking an inspector in ISD within their spawnpoint as 049-2 not having been aware of scp rules (the inspector had engaged in rp but not hostile action and i thought zombie go brr the isd did not get killed)
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe my experience within Ethics and my limited experience within RSD on US with onboarding newer researchers has given me a decent amount of experience being in a leading role, creating RP and fun for others. When engaged in RP, I can take charge if needed and also be aware of when I should have another get the spotlight. A downside can just be that I don't always know when my turn is in a conversation, so I cut off on accident (ADHD go brr, gotta say something before I forget). On top of things, I do well at keeping things documented and have gotten better experience using Google Slides, which I'll be able to prove shortly as i got another document in motion than the one being forwarded below.
I understand that there's a bit of carefulness that will have to happen due to being both ECA and OSA, and I won't be metagaming either side. I know how to keep characters separate. If needed, I'd be willing to drop ECA, but as ECA doesn't have a limit on how many can be there, I don't see why I can't introduce a new ECA character.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Overseer Assistants complete tasks given to them by the Overseer Council.
Additionally Assistants act as a communications line between the O5 and other staff.
Overseer Assistants can sign certain documentation such as D-Class work permits or Research Documents.
They can authorize AA if needed if better qualified personnel isn't on site (site advisor+ MTF CO's 05).
Overseer Assistants can order Alpha-1 if no Overseer is Present.
Complete O5 Orders and act as their right hand
Help with A-1 assignments where their help was requested
Possibly issuing orders on discord for other OSA'S to take part in (i feel like they should be able to make A-1 orders aswell but might just be ethics bias. but meant to create rp)
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Basically, I want to expand my knowledge around site OOC and IC, and be doing my best to help out.
I wanna get more involved with A1, as most of my experience with them has been brief, and they are one of the few roles that still feel mysterious both IC and OOC, for better or worse.
I like being a part of RP where there's actual decisions to be made that will have a greater impact on the Foundation as a whole. A conversation where you go away from knowing something is brewing in the background. I wanna get a feeling for all roles and get personal experience within all, including GOC eventually. My main goal is to be a good all-rounder, master of none for the time being, and going for GM again with more RP experience within site.
