Civilian name: Wilhelmus ‘’Will’’ De Jong

-Yes

-DEA (idk if it counts)

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

-Nope

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:

-I like to challenge myself and go a step higher. This also accounts for Research. With the Executive Researcher role. I can delve deeper into my scientific thoughts. Helping people using my experience as a Senior Research is something that I already do. I do it because I know how much it helped me grow as a researcher when researchers helped me out. Everybody can be the best researcher. But often not alone. They always need a little push. Having clearance 4 also helps me help other departments do their duties easier. Helping the site grow and evolve to prevent more breaches and make the site safer for the staff. The executive researcher role helps me develop my research skills even more. Clearance Level 4 allows me to assist in more dangerous types of tests. It helps me discover new research for the Department.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

-I have experience in projects and I have experience leading tests. I also have a lot of knowledge of the SCP Universe. I know how to respond in certain situations and safely guide others to react the same way. I also already help researchers do their tests and often like to watch while other researchers do their tests. Not only for them but also for myself. I have shown that I am interested in the executive researcher role and the Research Department. I also have experience with other departments and GOIs. Due to this I can assist other departments and insure that multi-department tests go smoothly. I have delt with almost every SCP in the site and know how to properly test and contain these different types of anomaly's. Anomalous Chemistry is something I am very experienced in and is an unexplored sector of the department that should be told more about in my opinion.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

-I have made 3 excellent graded documents since joining the Research Department. An excellent document requires a lot of focus and information. You have to write it so the Executives can imagine the test in their head while reading your document. Pictures massively help with this. Good grammar always helps. And a general introduction about the subject that you are documenting. Asking higher ups how to make excellent documents is probably the fastest way to make your own excellent document. These people have seen, graded and made excellent documents before. The design of the document is very important. You could have the most ground breaking test results but a bad design and probably not get an excellent. This is why it is very beneficial to seek guidance of higher ups. They will let you copy their format/design of a document most of the time. And just copying the format already boosts it a lot.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

- The responsibilities of an Executive Researcher is mostly assisting people on a lower level or just other departments. This is because Executive Researchers are staff that have a lot of experience with anomaly's and how to contain them. They also have experience with emergency situations and are expected to assist researchers leave the facility if they are unable to find their way out of the facility. Or if its a code 5 closing gates to reduce the damage that the breached anomaly can do and saving a lot of lives in the process. Executive Researchers are also expected to host lectures and projects to boost the amount of experience that researchers get from these projects. Supervizing tests and giving tips in the process is very good for a researcher. Giving tips on how to properly do a test professionally and without any problems is a great way of boosting experience.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

-Damian Jackson Mackayne is a character that is very interested in the behaviour of living beings and their characteristics. He was very good at his job and saved lives due to his research on the hunting patterns of animals that kill humans the most. Due to this research it attracted the attention of the SCP Foundation. He quickly accepted and began researching inanimate objects to see the affects and behaviour of the SCPs. When he unlocked Clearance Level 2. He began testing more active and alive SCPs. This gave him a lot more to research about and he delivered. Quickly he got Clearance Level 3 and now he has access to some of the sentient SCPs of the Foundation. Another interest of Damian Jackson Mackayne is anomalous chemistry. He got interested when he saw anomalous blood react to matter. He loved it and he quickly began running sampling tests which he found a lot of fun. Be expected to find Damian Jackson Mackayne in more sentient SCP story's and Anomalous Chemistry story's
