Why are you applying for Special Agent?
-
I have been Sr Agent for 2 weeks now and I have gone deep into the department of External Affairs. I like to assist in GOI relations and I think as Special Agent I can insure more cooperation between the Foundation and GOI's. Access to more information might boost my skills and giving my idea's at CL4 meetings might be beneficial. I hope to further assist Agents in the field on surface. As I think agents should be better trained for surface operations since kidnapping and info breaches are frequent. For example: Taking a disguise infront of a civilian might cause unnecessary attention and ruin an operation. I did this myself, so training agents for surface operations is something I could and want to do. Helping other departments learn about intruders would also be beneficial. Since not all Security know exactly what to do if CI try to raid. This could lead to kidnappings and a lot of bloodshed. DEA relations with other departments is already going well. But stimulating agents to enter trainings with Nu-7 would be beneficial to cooperation and is something I plan to do. However with my Sr Agent rank it makes it a lot harder. As Special Agent I can easily do this and boost cooperation a lot.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
-
I have the necessary time as a Sr Agent and a lot of experience within the Department Of External Affairs. I have dug deep into GOI's and have done a few deep infills during my time as Sr Agent. I have also read almost all documents regarding surface operations. I also have discipline and a lot of professionalism. I always listen to my superiors and their orders. I will carry out any order to my best abilities, I treat GOIs with respect to prevent any unnecessary problems regarding Foundation and GOI behaviour. I have experience in every side of the DEA including but not limited to: Combat, Deep Infill, Interrogation, GOI communication and Internal cooperation. This has allowed me to adapt to any situation and when there is no higher ranking on site. It is up to me and other Sr Agents to take charge. This has enhanced my leadership skills, however they are still lacking a little due to my hesitation in certain things. But I am trying to drain that out.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:

-
I have written about 5 good documents. This is due to my GOI documentation. Making a good document is about the balance between format and information. If you want a good document you will have to do both right. You could have amazing information but a bad format and probably not get a good rating and vice versa. Having unique information might also make your document stand out and enhance it's chances of getting a good rating. To get a good rating, I suggest asking a higher up for a format and a good rated document. Every agent can make a good document. But it will be very hard if you do not ask for assistance. Remember, higher ups are also there to assist you in your problems since they are already experienced and have gone through many of the problems you and I might have.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
-
Authorizing or Denying QRF, GOC tests or MC&D permits to enter the site is something you must do as a Special Agent,
- Informing higher clearance DEA of ongoing events is something you might need to do since you need to be aware of every Agents operations.
- Assisting agents in their problems and guiding them is one of the main duties of a Special Agent.
- Inducting agents is also a main duty of a Special Agent.
- Noting down if an Agent has gained a Merit Point. Or when a Sr Agent has done a requirement.
- You must also keep a record of activity of Agents and Sr Agents.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-
Damian Jackson Mackayne was a top researcher and scientist of Animal Psychology. He had multiple breakthroughs in Animal Behaviour and got on the Foundations radar due to this. He was asked to join to research even more creatures that were not publicaly known. He took the job and started out as a Jr Researcher at Site-65. The first few tests to mind blowing and even though it were inanimate items. Damian Jackson Mackayne was immediately interested. When he became a Researcher and got CL2. He could do more tests on more sentient SCPs. This is when he got really interested in the organization he worked for. This is why when he got Sr Researcher and became pretty experienced. He decided to join the DEA and find out how the Foundation kept itself hidden. This was also because he wanted to prove his usefulness and loyalty in the field. He became very experienced during his time as Agent and Sr Agent because of his activity on the site. My character might show up more in sentient SCP stories or GOI stories. Due to his interests in them. But he will show up in any story if ordered to.
