Pac3: I still need a lot of practice with Pac3, but I'm a quick learner. I would just need some assistance with familiarizing myself with it. I'm always willing to receive feedback and guidance.

ISD has noticed a murder that has taken place outside of SCP-1162 and have been requested to close off the surrounding area and investigate the area for any clues. Blood splatters, a weapon and cracked but functional bodycam will be in different areas around the crime scene. It's up to ISD how they should handle the situation and find the evidence, offenders are known to stay near the crime-scene... So their time might be limited...
This can give ISD more interaction with other departments and potentially get other departments involved with investigations. Keeping an eye on anyone unauthorized with interfering with the scene.
Please list one RP Enhancement for a Non-Foundation Group:
UNGOC have decided to set up a temporary Medical facility near Pinewood, Pinewood Medical have agreed to assist them with setting up facilities that help them such as Tents, patient beds, blood bags and scanners that identify blood types. The Mayor and surrounding Rangers have been instructed to observe the surrounding area and help with peace-keeping in case of any erratic people.
This will allow multiple groups to get involved in some surface RP, chatting with other groups and learning about medical procedures.
Please list one Event idea for the United Nations Global Occult Coalition:
Keypads appear to be randomly failing around the FOB for no explained reason. UNGOC are notified that something or someone is messing with their systems. Their computers break and suddenly repair themselves, the lights turn off and on.
Looks like a UTE displays on their projector every now and then, looks like a humanoid figure crying. It looks like it's trying to break out of somewhere... UNGOC occasionally hear something bang against the wall in their training area. The longer this anomalous event happens. The more extreme the electrical failures are...
Should they break the wall in their training area? Create a small hole in the wall to send a drone in first? Or request more GOIs to help them assist? It's entirely up to them but whatever it is, it clearly wants their attention...

CI have been issued an order to work on a blueprint with a new energy weapon or energy source. However they have been instructed that they to intercept a truck that will soon be driving through pinewood and return it to base.
The truck will be guarded by one patrol vehicle holding 3 + 1 driving the truck. Their identities appear to be of unknown origin. It's up to CI to decide if they should just kill them to save the trouble of witnesses, or kidnap them to help them out of with the development of the blueprint and potentially learn their identities.
Will they be successful in developing this new blueprint? Will the finishing product be faulty when used? How will they utilize this new asset to complete their goals?

Foundation SOP have been notified that a small truck containing some instances of SCP-148 are being transported to Site-65 on a deal agreed to between RSD and MC&D. After signatures are made in the compound, the SCP instances are moved to a secure temporary housing in LLCZ for examination.
The document that was provided with SCP-148 hints that it can be used in SCP-914 to combine objects together to create objects that can mind-affecting / nullifying properties...
How will Research and MTF use this to their benefit? What extent can they push the boundaries of SCP-148? Can it be used to dampen or otherwise completely nullify the effects of certain SCPs on-site? Or maybe will an SCP with mind-affecting abilities touch it and cause chaos?

Foundation: Investigate the SCP and learn about it's intentions about it's messages. Check the SCP's integrity and behaviours while E-11 co-ordinate it's containment procedure and moving the SCP off-site to a more secure area.
CI: Infiltrate their way into the abandoned site and secure the surrounding area. When hostiles are eliminated, report to their cell and try to pull the SCP apart for it's computer components and attempt to extract any information from it via USB inputs.
UNGOC: Investigate the site and try to find any vulnerabilities around the sites utility infrastructure. Identify and eliminate any hostile threats on the site and apprehend any non-combatives if possible. When the situation is clear, report to their FOB and terminate the KTE as it can be perceived as a paranormal threat.
What elements can make an event unenjoyable? Include one example, avoiding the typical answers if possible.
Making the event unfair and confusing / no preparation:
Making an event where a person or groups of people dies instantly without any explanation is just unfun for all parties involved. Not preparing an event beforehand can lead to a lot of confusion and lack of direction can lead to the event spiralling out of the GMs control. Which in turn can end up creating more problems for everyone involved.
And finally, what do you wish to achieve by becoming a Gamemaster?
I want to continue my passion of creating fun and interesting RP Enhancements and Events for this community. From my previous time as GM, I was very much into building event areas and making other peoples experience my builds and turning them into events. I wish to again, experience the thrill of making people's time on the server better and knowing that my event has made their day more better. I overall feel a great sense of accomplishment helping others.

A decommissioned, abandoned site that use to belong to the SCP Foundation have been sending out odd phrases and sentences around 10 minutes. The surrounding area is covered in trees and bushes. With a clear but degraded pathway to one entrance to the site. Other ways to access the site is less visible and the outside walls must be investigated to find other potential entrances and exits. Some of the cameras still appear to be working and it looks like someone is watching...
- Foundation was pinged regarding the messages and a small group of E-11 and a Research team have been deployed to investigate their decommissioned site for any potential SCPs.
- CI have been alerted to strange movements and activity from Foundation and UNGOC. And have decided to send their most trusted infiltration units to investigate and report their movements.
- UNGOC intercepted network traffic from their satellites to a potential parathreat pinging to outside networks. A group of Assessment Team operative have been dispatched to investigate the signal and report back any findings.
Foundation will first be deployed on-site, in which CI and UNGOC will follow afterwards at the same time.
All of the selected personnel attending the Event will be deployed in different corners of the map, it's entirely up to the groups how they want to approach the objective. Whether that's if they want to go in guns-blazing and expose their locations. Or if they want to take the stealthy approach and observe the surroundings before moving into the site. It could lead to secret observations of the GOI groups waiting for a chance to strike or a hands-on approach and doing an aggressive push.
Upon further investigation when Foundation are on-site. They will come across SCP-4161 which is constantly snapping it's jaw open and shut attempting to speak in a low robotic tone.
