Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am applying for the position of Internal Security Inspector because my experience as an investigator and operative results in compliance and gives me the right experience to uphold the Foundation's standards. I am passionate about maintaining integrity within the organization and ensuring adherence to the Foundation Legal Code. Out of character, I bring over nine years of serious roleplay experience, including writing detailed and proper documentation. My maturity, real life experience as a military police officer and commitment to high-quality roleplay allow me to contribute effectively to both the role and the broader storytelling experience on the server.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
In character and out of character knowledge of the FLC’s/laws, procedures and experience as Internal Security Department in several other ranks. Also I have extensive SCP lore knowledge which helps me in the day to day operations on the server. Furthermore, I have shown only serious roleplay and behaviour whilst in my internal security department role as this is my main and primary role. I wish to rise the ranks of the internal security department and aim to become department leadership one day.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An ideal Internal Security Inspector is someone who is fair, detail-focused, and knows the FLC inside and out. They should handle sensitive issues with care, stay professional, and communicate clearly with others. They also need to be good at leading teams and making sure things get done the right way. Out of character, they should be mature, active, reliable, and focused on creating good roleplay experiences for everyone
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written several reports for the Internal Security department for several investigations. These reports have always been graded great or above and never under the department standard. A few examples would be the B.B. investigations where I contributed to a large amount of the documentation written in this said investigation.
A good document makes it easy to read for everyone, proper template usage and easy wording so that everyone involved can read and understand the document
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Internal security inspectors are Junior level four clearance holders, they are responsible for managing their lower ranks such as operatives/agents and investigators. They are also in charge of training new members of the department and leading investigations of cases during their work.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I’d be a good fit for a leadership position in Internal Security because of my strong sense of responsibility and my ability to stay objective and professional under pressure. I have experience as an operative and investigator, where I’ve worked on complex investigations and upheld Foundation standards. I’m confident in making decisions, leading by example, and guiding others to do the same. Out of character, I bring years of serious roleplay experience, maturity, and the ability to create detailed, immersive documentation that supports roleplay and enhances the team dynamic. Also I have been a regiment commander on the military roleplay server in the Royal Military Police regiment which reflects my ability to uphold such positions.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Daniel "Dagger" Janssen is an Internal Security Department Investigator serving in Site-65. He was shaped by personal loss and determination. Daniel, being a regular hardworking dutch man. His life was nothing special, just working a 9-5 job and living peacefully with his family. However, his life took an unexpected turn of events, following a containment breach involving SCP-████, a catastrophic event that caused the death of his parents and led to separation from his younger brother.
Insecure, devastated and seeking purpose, Daniel relocated to Germany. Here he was recruited into a Foundation-associated industrial facility. Demonstrating dedication and intelligence, he rose through the ranks of site support staff, eventually joining the Internal Affairs Department. Recognized for his great investigation work and incorruptible character, Daniel was assigned to Site-65, where his abilities would be put to the test.
Working on several investigations, including breaches of the foundation legal code, unauthorized Class-D experiments, and personnel corruption, Daniel quickly made a name for himself in the Internal Security Department. His role often brought him investigations regarding researchers and other site personnel, but his commitment to justice remained steadfast.
My character's storyline could revolve around uncovering corruption within Site-65, investigating suspected infiltrations by the Chaos Insurgency or exposing researchers manipulating SCP, Class-D’s or other resources for personal gain. His adherence to the FLC and his strong sense of duty makes him a perfect candidate for the inspector position
