Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for the role of Site Director due to the fact that in my time as a part of Site Administration, I believe I have made quite a positive impact on the team and Site-65 as a whole, and I wish to be able to aid the Site with this position further. I am also applying because I know of all the duties and responsibilities that come with being a Site Director. This includes overseeing the entirety of the Site Administration Team, as well as their Departmental Monthly Reviews, being the lead in public relations between GOI and keeping the Site as safe as possible.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Due to the fact, I have had experience with being a Site Advisor, and now Site Manager, I understand the importance of the Site Director job and everything that follows with it. In my time on Site, I believe I have made a significant impact on many people's RP experiences and enjoyment, often switching between serious moments within RP to having light-hearted fun. Another reason is due to my activity, as I am currently the most active within the Site Administration Team, and so would be able to continue my activeness within the Site Director position, allowing many more situations within RP to happen with Site Director authority.

Another reason I am suitable is the fact I am widely known within the community in a positive aspect, respected by a large quantity of the staff active on the Site, and have continued holding my positions between promotions/department changes from when I first joined the server, never stepping down from anything. One more reason is that I fully understand how Site Administration should work and does work with all of the recent changes in power and positions.

My second to last reason is that I will continue to hold the role for as long as I am able to, giving it a good legacy for the months/year (however long) I would hold the position, not deciding to forego it within such a short time span. My final reasoning as to be suitable for Site Director is my pure professionalism, as stated previously in this application I am able to swap between comedic situations and serious RP events, something I have kept up in my entire time on Site.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- The responsibilities of Site Administration are to keep the Site in good health and in a prosperous position.
- Hiring and Interviewing Departmental Leads Including [Though not limited to] Site Advisors (Site Manager/Director only), Director of Research, Director of Medicine, Director of Intelligence and Chief of Security.
- Working alongside Site Command to organise and host Tribunals if and when needed.
- Run Departmental monthly reviews on all Standard Departments within the Foundation (ISD excluded).
- Issue Citations to members of the facility who are noticed performing actions outside their protocol/without reasoning.
- Issue Official Letters to members of the Foundation informing them of anything such as a demotion, a change in their Department's systems and many more.
- Handle possible complaints against any Foundation Personnel and take appropriate action if/when required.

As an Intel Ambassador i always have to be in direct contact with SA and Daniel is one of the only people in SA team that is always there for me and everyone else. If someone is in need of SA and Daniel is on-site then he will be the first person to respond out of others. He is incredibly friendly and a guy that you would want in higher positions due to their personality, professionalism and dedication.

Daniel cares about the image of the SA team but more importantly he cares about other people, regiments and departments that seek help or in need of SA.

Good luck on your application Daniel, you deserve Site Director.

From a non SA Perspective I see the most amount of work coming from you and personally believe you are the best fit for the position.

Sorry I can't format this better as I'm writing it out on my phone, but Daniel hammer has always been a pleasure to work and interact with. Daniels got an extremely caring personality and I'm always certain I can go to him for advice or help on problems I may have as a dpt director, interdepartmental issues or just generally as a friend.

Daniels also super active and is often seen around site

Whilst I have absolutely no issues with you i feel like you would not be a good fit for the site director position.

In my one interaction with you for a job ban appeal you left me waiting outside of an office, refused to let me in to oversee my own appeal then you went offsite without even a word to me. To this day I do not know what the status of this appeal is.
The application you have written is relatively lacklustre compared to other site director applications.
Granted I do not fully know what goes on in SA behind the scenes all i see you do is speak to other people casually.
I feel like you will struggle to put your foot down and punish people if needed.

all this aside, i wish you luck on becoming a site director.
