Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I am interested in this position because, i am always interested in obtaining new ranks and things to do. I love doing the administrative part of regiments and departments (did some in nu-7). I have been interested in this position for quite some time (even in IA), but have never been sure if i should apply but with ISD being the only department i am a part of i have decieded to take the next step and send this application.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have experience in leadership, documentation, lectures and trainings (from nu-7 experience). I belive this experience makes me a very suitable candidate for inspector as i am able to use all my prior experience to its fullest. As an investigator i often help out new agents/operatives in their daily duties and IE during arrests and investigations.
I often attempt to defuse situations and refrain from lethal action when it is foundation personnel involved, at times even avoiding restraints for arrests if the person is cooperative. I also stray away from arrests for minor FLC violations usually telling the person off or giving short and fitting punishments.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
-Excellent knowledge of the FLC and its changes
-Ability to train and mentor new ISD personnel
-Ability to assist agents and investigators in more complex cases
-Knowledge on how to conduct Investigations
-Great leadership
-Quick and proper reaction to unknown situations
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have primarily written formats for some ISD operations and RSD testing documents.
A good document requires:
-Readability
a document should be able to be read by anyone and done so easily. Documents should be short and contain images. A document should only have what is key instead of 3 pages of useless conversation or information
-Format
a good document should have a clear and easy to understand format
-Proffesionalism
a document should be written proffesionally with as few grammar mistakes as possible.
-Effort
A document should have effort put in it IE. pictures of events. A good ammount of thought should be put into a document
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-Lead ISD
-Organize and host trainings
-Train and mentor operatives/agents
-Enforce the FLC
-Answer questions regarding the FLC
-Assist ISD members in tribunals
-Work with DEA in operations
-Organize operations
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I belive i would be a great ISD leadership position holder as i have experience in leadership, enjoy helping new agents/operatives and I can see when people do good. I have done a lot of work withinn ISD and am often the first to work throwards operations. I have a good knowledge of the FLC.
