| I just love the research department im doing everything in my power to become better just for this role i improved my behaviour my attitude and my annoying behaviour i have also been un blacklisted from the regiments except e-11 i have improved my documents etc everything i just have a passion for the research department i love grading tests teaching etc i love being in research department meetings even attending the executive researcher meetings and i am extremely active and always willing to improve in every regard i can. Not only that i love writing documents doing tests a hard challenge and hanging out with people in the research department as it is a friendly environment that has many friendly people there and i would love to get a say in how the department is run as i have passion i love browsing through the scipnet and reading excellent graded documents its a hobby of mine that i do whenever i get the chance and i want to further that enjoyment in other people. and rp with tests and being an exec makes everything i love doing better to do i get to actually train researchers have a say in the department and stop minges doing unethical tests all of which i have seen and been unable to do anything about being an exec allows me to do something punish the rule breakers train researchers have a say what goes on in the department and help people who are as passionate about the research department as i am |

| My time as a Senior Researcher introduced me to alot cl4 tests lectures and trainings and i had to quickly adapt to this new vast array of new information and difficulty which i enjoyed i worked hard and stepped up my dedication to the department and doubled my efforts working harder on my documents and getting my first excellent graded document done after this i did many lectures trainings and i gained a new appreciation for the Research department and now actually loved being a researcher and instead of doing what most researchers do grind exp i went out of my own way to do cl4 tests which granted me not alot of xp instead of doing 20 1025 tests but i did it anyway cause i enjoyed being a Researcher and i went and tripled my efforts and did a SCP-008 test got it approved my site command and did the test which i am extremely proud of i always strive to be the best i can and not take the easy path my dedication is what an executive needs | During my time as a biohazard Researcher my document writing skills improved tenfold allowing me to write excellent graded documents very actively and i had a really good grasp on what makes a document excellent grade worthy and had did many cl4 tests including SCP-008 which i worked exceptionally hard on and i am still proud of and i worked hard for i also did many training lectures that helped so many researchers and many are coming up to me and thanking me for my incredible help which only drives me more to become an executive researcher to see people like me who love researching and playing in the research department to watch them succeed i have plenty of success training juniors doing lectures and site command approved tests which shows my ability for good documents testing and trainings all of which qualities an executive researcher needs and wants. | During my time as a ci delta i acquired invaluable experience and reputation in my time as a ci-delta i did 2 tryouts on my own and lead many raids why does this help this shows my capacity to lead effectively and my capacity for maturity and leadership i have thought quick and smart evidence of this is when i was on a deepcover mission i recieved word from my delcom that they had taken an overseer hostage me and my other dc partner headed to floor 3 and my dc ran inside the blue room to help them so did i over heard an assistant an a o1 and another overseer getting reinforcements thinking quick i took the overseers disguise and pretended to escape i stopped the o1 from calling mtf for backup cause they only had ci in blue room no hostages i said take a look only 2 ci and they entered i immediatly killed the o1 there and sorry bailey i killed assistant bailey and got ci another overseer hostage this event and my previous trainings shows my leadership and rational thought and quick thinking and planning and on the fly changes to the plan all of which an executive would need incase something goes sideways they need to think fast and on there feet which i demonstrate the qualities |

| Somewhere around, 13 in that ballpark I have written many excellent documents and I have many more planned and in drafts an excellent document requires as follows. The introduction to your document is, the introduction to your document details what you are going to be doing, a description of the scp in question an example may be ''SCP-035 is a white porcelain comedy mask, although, at times, it will change to tragedy. In these events, all existing visual records, such as photographs, video footage, even illustrations, of SCP-035 automatically change to reflect its new appearance.'' That is a good introduction to your document. Index the index to your document is self explanatory itself the index is incredible in boosting your document from a good to an excellent, the index looks like a single line that goes from page 1 detailing what each page has and what it is example Page 5-7 Methods shows what part of the document is where and what page to go to for a specific thing you want to read you want to read the conclusion go to page 11 this makes your document very convenient to read and easy for someone who just saw it on the scipnet to see your test and get a better understanding of what that scp does and if your test was a success or not. Aims the aims of your document are crucial in a documents approval or conduction a really good aims is the most important part of getting a cl4 test or a site command approved test and is easily the most important part, the aims is what you want to find out what you currently know and possible outcomes example ''SCP-860 seems to hunt like a predator but if its confronted by a large group will it still attack most predators in the wild would ignore a large group out of fear for injury does SCP-860 have the same animal instincts as most other non anomalous predators?'' The aim is very important to your document and must be adhered to at all times. Methods the methods of your test is how you are going to conduct the test,the amount of dclass you will need what security measures you will take and the amount of gensec or if a mtf e-11 is needed you should also include questions the dclass are going to ask IF you are doing an interview the methods are crucial in a test as without any methods the dclass may escape overpower your gensec or your test may go nowhere even if the dclass are compliant during the test and are following orders. Test the test part of your document is what happened during your test whether your hypothesis was correct or you were completely wrong whether the SCP was compliant during the test behaved as expected, what happened did any issues occur did any dclass get killed? did the scp seem extremely friendly to the dclass or were they killed on sight all of these should be documented in your document Results of your test/document is what happened, if you are doing a SCP-939 test to see if they can digest food similar to humans then the results page of the document should detail the findings of your test. Were your 914 test predictions correct? were they expected or completely unexpected and dangerous and bewildered everyone involved what purpose would your test do to help the foundation in the future all of these are extremely important and should be documented. |
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: |
| The responsibilities of an executive researcher in rp are as follows: grading, tests this is quite literally the most important part of the research department and an executive researcher must grade fairly unbiasedly rating grammar testing aims methods and the overall idea and spelling all go into what grade the document will receive. Executive researchers also give approval for, safe<safe scp cross tests not inanimate and Euclid<safe cross tests this is important and executive researchers should review the document they are approving example a 999 and a 049 cross test the executive in question must read the document and if it's good enough they should give approval and escort the researcher if they feel it's necessary. Executive researchers also punish anyone who breaks the rules whether, it be that specific researcher abusing SCP-914 without approval doing unethical tests testing on scps that they are not permitted to taking more than 3 dclass and causing unnecessary d class lives to be lost all of these are good reasons to ban that specific researcher from the research department for an amount of time that fits the severity of what they did. An executive researcher may also conduct trainings, lectures this is to train new juniors on how to be effective members of the research department also inform their juniors of any new changes and be a good role model for all researchers to strive to be whether it be their maturity their charisma and leadership skills an executive must always strive to be a good role model and a good representative of their department |

| Darren Laurens born 19██ in the small town of ████ population ████ Darren was a promising young man, getting good grades and being already financially well off in a good family that got a lot of money of a large company Darren hated a easy life and wished to earn his own money and his own success and own financial power and freedom and did not want to spend his life living off daddy's money. Darren refused any help from his well of family and worked for himself and wanted his own success, and did well in school so well that Darren managed to secure a full ride scholarship for his entire school years and did not need any money except for some food and some housing but Darren still refused all help and worked a fast food job that barely that got him past the bills Darren passed college with a biology degree Darreb then applied for a prestigious job at a top secret government facility. Darren quickly rose through the ranks being smart and charismatic Darren, was well respected by his colleagues and well liked Darren quickly rose through the ranks becoming a researcher quickly and due to Darrens effort and mind discovered many revolutionary research Darren discovered many new safety measures ways to contain SCPS like changing SCP-018s containment to gel instead of water which saved money upcost and significantly reduced casualties and containment chambers Darren due to his efforts quickly became a senior researcher and did many tests there were approved by the ██-█. themselves including SCP-███ due to Darrens amazing work and creativity and charisma Darren was nominated for the best worker of the year at site-65 and won Darren after a party decided that he wanted to become better in the department and save more lives and prevent containment breaches and study scps darren then decided that it was time to submit a application to become an executive research. |
