Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:129307923
Discord name: Woras
For how long have you played on CG SCP: 4-5 days
Total playtime: 2 Days 15 Hours
Age: 22
In what country are you located?: Lithuania
Time zone: EET UTC+2
Character name(s):
Sr. Researcher - Dave Bolocks
Civilian name - Dave Bolocks
What server are you applying for?: SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
NONE.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?:
Yes, Naming Conventions, FailRP, FearRP, Ban for 3 days(Being mean)
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I love researching, teaching and making sure my work gets recognized in the facility premises. I want to step up the game in my researching with higher clearance, meaning I can get access to more dangerous contained monsters. This can also mean, that the Foundation will rely on my research, not only that, but benefit too. It would give me an opportunity to invite higher and/or same clearance personnel with me, to witness how a productive researcher is doing its job. I've tried myself across different roles of the job, and it turns out my brain loves finding new things.
Witnessing the "Eureka!" moment when a newbie researcher cracks their first case is a potent elixir that fuels my spirit. I find immense satisfaction in acting as their personal grimoire, guiding them through the arcane rituals of research and unraveling the mysteries they encounter.
The crucible of collaboration is where my creative spark ignites. I relish the tempestuous brainstorming sessions where we conjure new research avenues, each member contributing a vital ingredient to the potent concoction of departmental progress.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?
I absolutely believe I'm a strong candidate for Executive Researcher!
Here's why: I'm genuinely excited to help and teach other researchers. Whether it's something they're struggling with or something they never even knew they needed to know, I want to be that resource. Plus, I have a ton of new and innovative ideas that I think could benefit the entire research department.
On top of that, I love a good challenge, and managing the department alongside my research duties sounds incredibly stimulating. I used to be the one setting things up, making sure everything was organized, and getting paperwork ready for presentations – that kind of thing.
I think I'd be a great fit for Executive Researcher!
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
0 because nobody graded anything yet, but what makes a document excellent is basically thoroughness, meaning you have done the same test over and over again, to get the maximum results, knowing its outcomes everytime you do the test on D-Class personnel, taking highest precautions. Let's not forget, that the document also has to have in-depth information. I think what matters is your knowledge, your notoriety for what you do and your contribution to the documents, and constant filling of document cabinets.
Executive Researchers serve as role models for junior researchers. Responsibilities include:
-
Leadership and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to junior researchers, teaching proper test procedures, document formatting, and SCP lore.
Identify knowledge gaps for newer players and offer constructive feedback to improve their research and overall server experience.
Act as a role model for the research department and the server community, upholding SCP RP standards.
Research Expertise:
Effectively grade research papers, ensuring adherence to SCP lore and document quality.
Utilize paper grading to identify researchers who might require additional support and provide personalized mentorship to address their specific needs.
Contribute to the SCP lore on the server through well-researched and engaging documents.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dave Bolocks's lore:
Exec. Researcher Dave Bolocks has an unsettling reputation. Despite boasting an impeccable research record, junior researchers avoid him. Rumors swirl about his ability to intuit SCP properties with unnatural accuracy, often muttering cryptic warnings before tests. Some claim papers left on his desk manifest crow feathers, while others whisper about the unsettling glint in his eyes after reviewing particularly dangerous SCPs. Is Dave Bolocks a genius or is something more sinister at play?
