Why I am applying for CPT:
As SGT I do find that I am ready to rank up and become a CPT. I always get asked when will there be a HWL or RCL and I always feel helpless. I do love my job in GSD and I also want to expand what I can do. I do want to do way more trainings as I do find GSD need to learn in some places and the role of CPT will greatly allow me to do this.
What makes me suitable for CPT:
I want to start off I have shown I can be a great GSD SGT and I am very loyal to GSD. I believe that I have shown I am mature to be a GSD CPT and I can fulfil the responsibilities of one. I do believe that my over 2 years of experience within D-Block can show how much I love and know about this site and my knowledge proves I will be a great Cl4 member.
GSD CPT Responsibilities:
1. D-Block safety
2. Teaching new GSD personal their duties
3. HWL and RCL trainings
4. Scouting for new potential SGTs
5. Preforming Sweeps
6. Giving D-Class work permits
7. Doing patrols
8. Leading D-Block
9. Represent GSD during arrests
10. Give PTs and punishments to GSD
