Why are you applying for Special Agent?
First things first, I have spent a lot of time as an agent of The Department of External Affairs as both a CL3 agent/senior agent and in the CL4 management ranks, during this time I have developed a love for the department. It is the first time I ever took any department or regiment seriously and I have seen it grow from an unprofessional and inactive department to a competent, active and for the most part professional department. Even though I was removed from Agency Manager I have not left the department behind, I have continued to assist both CL3 and CL4 members during my current tenure as an Agent/Senior Agent and I will continue to do so. I want to still assist in running the department and it is far easier to do so as a CL4 member. I want to become a special agent again so that I can contribute to managing the department but also to create as much RP as I can whether it is with members of the foundation or with GOI's such as GOC.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I believe I am suitable for the role of special agent due to my extensive experience within the department and from other roles as well. First and foremost up until recently I was to my knowledge the second longest standing member of DEA CL4 and during my tenure as special agent, agency manager and a shortish stint as deputy director I have developed the skills necessary to become a special agent again. I understand the duties of a special agent already and need no training, I have a rapport built with all member of DEA CL4 and I am able to execute all my duties effectively.
On top of my experience in DEA I also have a good ability to create, take part in and contribute to RP, due to my time as Senior CL4 and as an Ethics Committee Assistant I have developed good RP skills and recently I have attempted in creating and assisting in 'Story lines' so to speak with my recent involvement with SIU which was DEA's Special investigation unit where I was involved in a power struggle with IA CL4 and The Ethics Committee which ultimately ended DEA raiding Ethics Committee Offices and myself being executed.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have only written 2 or 3 documents but what makes a document good is a concise and clear structure, the grammar and spelling must be of an excellent standard and it must have a good amount of detail that only includes relevant information.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
One responsibility of a Special Agent in RP is to train new and existing agents, this can include introduction trainings for brand new players or hosting trainings for existing agents so that they can get a better grasp of their duties as an agent of The Department of External Affairs. These trainings can include fake hostage negotiation trainings with just DEA or in conjunction with other departments/regiments or interrogation trainings so that agents can learn what questions to ask hostages and to become comfortable with what to do during interrogations as well.
Furthermore another responsibility of a Special Agent in RP is to assist Agency Managers and both directors with managing the department itself, this can include answering queries for agents, making sure comms are being answered from the likes of CI and GOC, ensuring any hostage negotiations are being handled correctly, making sure any GOI in site has the correct authorizations and escorts or helping and commanding any offenses against hostiles within the base or on surface.
Another responsibility of a Special Agent in RP is to keep an eye on what agents are doing and to note down the good and bad they have done. With regards to agents doing well special agents must log merit points so that people can become eligible for promotion to senior agent by an Agency Manager+. With regards to agents not doing well Special Agents are trusted with handing out appropriate punishments whether that is strikes, job bans or handing the agent to IA to serve out a sentence for that they have done.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dennid's story begins with a tumultuous and challenging upbringing. Born into adversity, Dennid confronted a series of hardships that shaped his character and fostered his resilience, propelling him forward with an unwavering determination to forge a more positive path.
At the age of 18, seeking to escape his broken home and yearning for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Dennid joined the Irish military where he was recruited into the Army Ranger Wing where he embarked on a plethora of missions all over the world. During Dennid’s deployment in Liberia in the aftermath of the Second Liberian Civil War he embarked on many counter-terrorist operations as a United Nations Peacekeeper. Dennid’s fantastic reputation eventually caught the attention of the UN where after close observation of both combative skill and mental fortitude was contacted by the UN for a new opportunity.
After a brief introductory period Dennid was officially listed within the UNGOC as a private, this was his first foray into the anomalous world. After spending some time doing operations for the GOC he had continued the trend of having an exceptional reputation for being an excellent soldier, however there was resentment growing within about how the UNGOC operates. After gaining a lot of experience with anomalous objects and entities he became obsessed with learning more about anomalies and began to disagree with the UNGOC’s approach to dealing with said anomalies, this is when he began to pay a much closer eye to the Foundation and their approach to dealing with anomalies.
A few months down the line it seemed that the Foundation had somehow learned of Dennid’s interest in the organisation and he was offered a role within the Foundation’s Department of External Affairs due to his extensive knowledge of the GOC. Just like in previous organisations and regiments he rose through the ranks and found himself as Deputy Director of The Department of External Affairs. During his time in the department he had shown that he had an excellent approach to dealing with GOI's, due to his extensive experience with different groups he was able to help maintain good relations with groups such as GOC whilst still allowing The Foundation to always come out ahead and its interests to always be put first in every interaction and altercation.
