Hello, i am withdrawing my application for director of research as i do not believe i am ready for the role.

I will be taking in all the -supports to improve my capabilities for the future, however i wish to have more time before trying to become a director.

However I do believe I need more time but if it's required for the department to get under control and management to be withheld within the department i am always open to achieve this role.
