Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
ISD remains one of the most powerful in RP departments on the server, it serves to either dismantle or push roleplay forward, through my work as an agent and investigator of the department, I believe i have adequately displayed the extent to which I understand the balance. I now seek to take on more responsibility within the department, through means of entering Its leadership.

There are issues within the department that i myself have gathered, and wish to remedy in a more senior position than what currently allows me to. Tribunals are one of the more proactive and effective forms of RP from the department. Yet they aren't pushed for enough, with recent changes now allowing site affairs as an entirety to put forward tribunals you'd think there be more emphasis on this part of the gameplay loop, but there unfortunately isn't with the last tribunal being dated at roughly a month ago. In a leadership position, I would place an emphasis on the proliferation of more proactive roleplay in the department, not limited to just tribunals.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector/elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

Having been Internal Security Inspector before, I have an understanding of what the role holds and entails. The general limitations as well as roleplay ability that revolve around the role are known to me having been Inspector for months prior, this also comes with knowledge of how the department functions as a totality. The delegation of work to investigators and agents, but also in needing to pick up your fair share too.

Further work in not just ISD, but as an Overseer Assistant has equipped me with knowledge on how to conduct roleplay befitting of someone in a CL4 position.

Coupled with recent roleplay generation from myself and others, I have displayed an ability to be proactive in my Roleplay as well as go further and include others - a standard roleplay leaders should be setting.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
An inspector recognises that while in their department, they set a precedent or example to Agents/Investigators with their actions. A lazy Inspector will breed a lazy environment through their peers, and so it is frankly imperative that Inspectors set good examples to those within their department. This includes things like keeping a good work ethic through actions perceived by others, documentation work being good etc. As an Inspector you should be knowledgeable on not just the FLC, but site policy and ensuring that while you don't become an OOC bore to others, It is adequately enforced. Speaking of OOC, as ISD leadership, Inspectors are expected to understand the OOC issues surrounding the department - it is a role that often ends roleplay and therefore someone in a leadership position should be understanding of the power the role holds.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
During my tenure as Inspector previously, the extent of documentation I had written were incident reports and citations - while the incident reports were adequate, I believe my documentation work to have grown with my time as an Assistant. During which i have written documentation for the council, these include Interrogation logs, Negotiations, fulfilling various orders that require documentation and others like it.

A good document wholly depends on the type in which it is, but ultimately has to be well written in terms of readability and includes the information wholly so that it's not segmented out.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
As i have previously mentioned, an Inspector needs to set a precedent to others within the department, but apart from this an Inspector carries out arrests and tribunals from a leadership position. You pick up more responsibility, yet you need to defer and delegate things through a clear leadership system. Furthermore, you are granted an expansion of ability through means of arrest, generation more RP for the department. As junior leadership, it is also your role to induct people into ISD and host trainings.

You are the highest form of leadership when no Directors/Commissioners are on the site, therefore, in their absence you lead to the best of your ability.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Honestly I don't have a lot of experience with this fella other than yesterday, however from yesterday he demonstrated a lot of things to me:

A) He demonstrated ability to RP well when his character fractured his ankles
B) He demonstrated patience when I accidentally took him to lecture hall instead of tribunal hall and he fell down the stairs in a wheelchair, no rage; bro was... la peace.
C) He demonstrated ability to be professional and goofy at the correct times (im still learning this), he was funny and cool then locked in during the tribunal against Pheephee.

All in all, very well fit for inspector from the few interractions ive had with him; you have my full
