Is this true?: Yes due to my failure to secure an acceptable lengthed LOA
Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: Once on MRP due to something unrelated
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: Just AFK kicks and one warn on MRP
What is your side of the story?: I had to go away all summer and tried to request a LOA for it where it was denied and since I couldn't get on much had to resign until I return (aka date of post)
Why should you return / what will you change: I will be able to resume my timetable again

Overall Dor as I have seen within my regiment and on staff team you submit a lot of LOAs for lengthy amounts of time, and it is my concern that you will be staff for some time and then LOA hop and resign again. However I do have faith that it will not be the same as before.

Overall Dor as I have seen within my regiment and on staff team you submit a lot of LOAs for lengthy amounts of time, and it is my concern that you will be staff for some time and then LOA hop and resign again.

The LOAs were always going away for holidays and can't get on (like why I resigned for staff cause I had to go away and my LOA was too long to be accepted) or for exams like my 1 month one cause I had to focus on my GCSE mocks. I am starting my main GCSEs this year but will still try to maintain activity whilst still working as hard as I can on my exams..

Activity is one of the main requirements for staff. Yours is questionable especially since you said you are going to start your main GCSEs this year. Anyhow I haven't really interacted with you so I can't give you a proper verdict but wish you good luck regardless​

To those unsure about Recent activity I had just come back from holiday the day before posting this and ssince then i have been as active as possible with only at most 5 days not coming on and that due to a variety of reasons.
