I originally joined the server a year ago and was a part of it for a couple of months before leaving and return just over a month ago, Posted VTime below. (the gap in the middle and start of the month I was both away for the period of time with my family)

I have 1 warning for glitching, I believe from memory this was from sitting down on a chair whenever 106 was approaching me because I didnt want to be taken to the dimension, This is obviously something that is not acceptable and something that I have learned from. It is a very long ago warning and something I have not repeated since.
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I applying for executive as I see it as the next logical step for me in my return to the server, I have been enjoying the RP that I have been creating on research and im looking forward to creating even more quality and fun RP for the department. I feel that I am a great help within the department and I enjoy talking with others about their research and helping them with any queries/advice that they may need and feel that the responsibilities that come with being an executive researcher are suited for me and something that I would look forward to doing.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Since returning to the server I have dedicated my time to research and feel it has been an area that I have thrived in as it is a RP driven area and requires alot of creativity and thats something I feel I have a good level of. I was previously a part of medical leadership and before then was only working on Sr. Doctor and I feel I have been able to produce a good level of RP around the site with people that I engage with and the tests I have been a part of. I feel that I shown myself to be a helpful person around the site to the Jr members of the research department and enjoy time with them talking about their research and helping them out with documents when they need it and offering advice on tests and how to conduct a good test. As mentioned in a previous question I have already held experience in CL4 and Sr. CL4 positions so I know the expectations that comes with them and the quality level that would be expected of me, I feel that this is something I am ready to try again and am looking forward to the challenge of a CL4 position and am looking forward to some very fun and quality RP.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:
So far I have written 4 excellent quality documents, The core of an excellent graded document in my mind is being unique/creative. All documents that are submitted should be formatted correctly as the document formats are provided to everyone when the first come into research, an excellent document should have a good level of grammar and spelling preferably no spelling mistakes however, I am not a great speller myself and I will be the first to hold my hands up to that. As long as the spelling mistakes are very minimal and do not affect the ability to read the document I do not have a problem with them. While it can be hard to write a document that is "unique" because the SCPs we have do not change very often and there is only so many tests that you can do with them a test however a test which shows a good level of creativity is always worthy of praise.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Executives have alot of responsibility within RP starting with being a RP creator and encouraging and allocating RP to Sr. Researchers and below, This can be in the form of spontaneous RP creation of short events with the help of GMs or a more long term thing in the form of research projects. Executives are responsible for helping onboard the newer members of the department and supporting them with the first couple of tests, I would accompanying the Jr. to the first 2 or so tests and offering my advice with how to write the documents and different ways that they can improve with creativity and document writing. Executives are obviously responsible for grading all documents that are submitted and for giving advice to all members of the department with way to improve and handing out rewards if graded excellent. Executives are responsible for dealing with any members of the department who are found to be breaking the FLC, executives are always informed of a researcher being arrested incase of it needing to be elevated to a job ban (which would be out of RP)
