I have recieved 1 warning during my time on the server as seen below. This was from a very long time ago and I have not repeated the offense and have learned from it.
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Administration as it has always been a goal that I have wanted to achieve and following this info reset that we have had I feel that it is the perfect time to use this opportunity and show what I am capable of doing. We have started on a complete fresh slate and with the experience that I have gained during my time of being here I want to help guide departments during this time. During my time on the server I feel I have developed a reputation of being someone who is approachable and someone who people can come to for any advice that they may need, This is something that I feel can be very much used in Site Admin and something I wish to use for the entire foundation instead of just containing myself to research.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe that there is a number of reasons that would make me suitable for Site Admin and they are points that I want to discuss individually in greater detail;
Roleplay
As a member of research and a CL4 member I am a roleplay leader and I feel that during my time I have shown the ability that I have when it comes to roleplay. I have been a part and have helped create a number of major roleplay events aswell as minor ones too. During each of those I always feel that I give it the same amount of attention I do everytime and that I help to contribute to a good level of roleplay. I have been a part of stories that last longer than one simple session and have shown that I am capable in encourraging others to participate in roleplay and that I can get others to show their ability instead of just keeping it for myself. A minor part of roleplay and part of the server that I feel applies to this is document creating, As an executive I know the level of documents that is expected from CL4's and what is classed as "good" and what is not. During my time in research I have created a number of excellent graded documents and feel I have created a number of documents that would also reach that threshold if they were submitted.
Leadership
As seen above I have been a member of leadership for a number of departments and for a considerable amount of time, I spent some time as a director in which I feel I really showed my ability to lead and set an example for the whole department. During my time as an executive I have felt that I have been a major member and have shown that I am capable of stepping up when it is needed. During day to day activities on the site such as when we have events that occur I feel I show that I am able to lead by allocating researchers to interact with the event and in my ability to control situations during events when things get out of control such as when there is too many bodies and people wanting to take control. Another part of leadership I feel is approachability and people coming to you, in research I feel that I am a very approachable person both for people inside and outside of my department, I have imrpoved relations with a number of departments with my current character and have felt that I have proven myself to all departments that they can always reach out to me.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Like with the qustion above there is a number of things that Site Admin are responsible for and are things that I wish to break down further;
Department overseeing
One of the major roles of Site Admin is the overseeing of all departments within the foundation, this is done in a number of ways but the main thing that site admin do is appointing a liason every month. Site admin during their time of liasoning the department they are responsible for attending department meeings to ensure that they are kept up to date on what is happening in the departments and if they have any complaints or things that need to be elevated higher than within the department. During this time as well they are responsible for ensuring that the policies within the department are kept up to date and are correct and inline with current foundation policies. They are also in charge of ensuring that the leaders within the department are both active and involved in current RP which would encourrage people within the department to engage. The Site admin allocated to the departments may also during their time in overseeing may come up with some project ideas to help boost activity and productivity within the department, After the info reset this is a major area that I would want to be doing and helping departments come up with original and fun ideas.
Policies
Briefly touching on it, Site admin are obviously responsible for ensuring that site policies that we have are kept up to date and are correct. After the info reset a look at current site policies would be a good idea and reviewing if there is any changes that need to be made. If changes were made to site policies at any time it is the responsibility of Site Admin to effectivly communicate this to the rest of the site.
Emergency response
During time on the site there obviously is a number of emergencies that we encounter, It is the responsibility of Site Admin to assess ongoing emergencies and issue the appropriate response from the MTF units. During code 5's it is the responsibility of Site Admin to ensure that comms is used effectivly and that it is not being clogged by people calling either false information or information that is not needed. Site Admin ensure that E-11 are responding accordingly and ensure that they are being kept up to date. If Site Admin deem it necessary they do have the ability to authorize AA, They would give the order for this to be done assuming that they are on site. If the emergency ever needed it Site Admin would be the ones issuing the Code Black order and ensuring that non combatives are evacuated safely aswell as calling for the ERT team to come and get the site back under control.
