Pre-Foundation
Born in ███████, Germany, Dylan had a pretty standard childhood. Once he turned 18, he enlisted with the German Defense Forces, stepping into his father's shoes. During his time there, Dylan has been deployed to several humanitarian missions. His many efforts eventually caught the eyes of a Foundation Recruiter, who offered him a career second to none.
Pre-Site65
Dylan started his career within the Foundation as a normal GSD Guard, maintaining Security within various D Blocks. At some point, he was approached by one of the local Internal Security members, offering him a job as one of their Operatives on-Site. Dylan accepted, furthering his career within the Department and eventually becoming one of ISD's Commissioners.
The Incident
During an assignment at Site-██, Dylan was tasked with overseeing and expedition into a different dimension. Lead by Cartographer ██████ ███████, Dylan and a squad of Epsilon-11 along with a research team were brought into a Shadow Dimension, commonly called "The Void". The task was simple, map out the area around the initial entry point and establish a secured outpost. However things were not supposed to stay this simple.
After prolonged exposure to this Dimension, Staff began to deteriorate, their bodies slowly becoming darker as they seemed to blend in with the void. Dylan also noticed this, exhibiting symptoms such as pain, sensitivity to light and a feeling of loosing himself. Unfortunately for them, Research didn't plan on evacuating soon, remaining within the void until the mission was completed. The more time passed, the stronger the symptoms became. Eventually members started to collapse. While still conscious, Dylan used his authority as ISD Commissioner and cut the expedition short, ordering everyone to exfil.
Staying behind to make sure everyone got out, Dylan eventually collapsed as well. Once he woke up again, he didn't find himself within a standard Medical Bay, instead having been placed within the Quarantine Room, surrounded by Biohazard Researchers. He tried to speak, but his voice came out different, like he was stuck within a dark cavern. His physical appearance also changed, his body now being covered in dark scars and a shadow looming over him, following his every step.
Further tests indicate that he also developed slight gravitational manipulation, similar to low grade Reality Benders.
Due to his efforts for the Foundation, his employment was kept. However he was transferred to Canada to Site-65 to serve as the new Director of ISD.
Site-65
Upon arrival at Site-65, he was promptly introduced to the on-Site research Staff. Here he was further examined and, through Research's Sub-Department "ANOREP", been given the designation SCP-68232, allowing his further employment to remain intact.
