Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for the position of Security Captain because I want to take on a greater role in maintaining the safety and security of both D Block and the Foundation. During my time in the Foundation, I have gained experience every single day responding to containment breaches, protecting the D block and maintaining order within D block. These experiences have made me stronger and made my ability to remain calm under hard times, make decisions, order and work as a team. My goal is to contribute to a safe, organized, and professional environment while helping the Foundation continue its mission without interrupts,
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I believe I am suitable for the Security Captain position because I am responsible, disciplined and capable to remain calm in high pressure situations. Early in my time within the Foundation, I was more nervous and made mistakes. However, those experiences allowed me to learn, improve, and develop into a more capable and dependable member of the GSD. Rather than letting setbacks discourage me, I used them as opportunities to strengthen my decision making, improve my judgment, and gain a better understanding of my responsibilities. Throughout my service, I have continued to build more experience by maintaining order in D-Block, responding to containment breaches, protecting Foundation personnel, and working with other GSD. These experiences have taught me the importance of discipline, professionalism, clear communication, and teamwork. I understand that every decision made by a leader can have an impact on both personnel and the overall security of the Foundation.

- Ensuring that D-Block is properly staffed with enough security personnel at all times.
- Organizing sweeps during mass D-Class riots.
- Hosting RCL and HWL tryouts.
- Leading and coordinating security personnel by using appropriate formations during SCP breaches or CI raids that threaten D-Block.
- Identifying qualified Sergeant candidates and carrying out their interviews.
- Giving work permits to trustworthy D-Class personnel and assigning them an appropiate security escort.
- Maintaining safety, order, and discipline throughout D-Block.
