Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I wish to join Site Administration to expand my influence on RP and the SIte as a whole. I would like to see more of the server and the inner workings of multiple departments and help in the expansion and improvement of departments Sitewide. I wish to add to RP across the Site and to have a greater purpose outside HCZ/LCZ.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

I attempt to create RP whenever possible and keep it to a high quality. In my time in E-11 and GOC, I have experienced and hosted many RP situations teaching me what quality RP is and how to manage and create it. I also believe I have good communication skills and it is an extremely important skill to have when managing a large collection of people. Furthermore, I believe that the ability to give and take constructive criticism is a key skill of being within Site Administration. Equal to that is the ability to create quality documentation either leading to enhanced RP around the site or giving clarity on procedures and protocol. Moreover being a friendly face is also key to being a Site Advisor and an RP lead.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Liaising with GOIs: Communication with other RP factions is important to create RP with that faction and people within the Foundation. During conflict resolution with GOIs, it should not be going in guns blazing it should be a slow and steady escalation till the point of a War or communication blackout.

Montering and cultivating RP within departments/MTFs: It is important that all departments are exceeding in their creation of RP and making sure there are policies and documents to aid with that.

Authorization of AA: Sometimes a breach may go a bit awry so the authorisation of AA weapons is key to aiding MTFs in resolving the breach.

Creation of Site-wide policies and documents: This is key to creating a good standard of RP and giving clear instructions on what to do in a situation.

Overseeing Departments and MTFs: It is important that Departments are flourishing and that the department leads are doing their best. This is done by monitoring departments and course-correcting them if they are going on the wrong track.

Following orders: It is key for lower Site Administration to complete tasks given by Site Managers, Site Directors and CL5

Communication: Keep good communication between departments is key to good RP and a healthy site

Resolution of internal conflict: It is important that conflict is handled in a professional and cordial manner to not cause issues within departments and MTFs

Role model: As Site Administration it is important that you go above and beyond at any point possible this is also to inspire and aid lower staff.
