a well documented history of managing an RP centred department promoting it's activities

has demonstrated the necessary willingness to issue strikes and demotions to his own staff when necessary, which is essential for anyone in a CL4+ position

demonstrates the willingness and ability to tackle the many beauricratic hurdles faced both IC and OOC by Site Admin

in my opinion overqualified for site advisor
