I have recieved 1 warn for RDM long time ago, we were joking around in CI Base and I finished a downed insurgent, unfortunately I did not recieve the verbal for first offense and I got warned
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am applying for Executive Researcher for different reasons and I am going to mention the main ones:
I would like to enter in the Executive Researcher program because I would love to help the Research departement but not only by "helping" that just sounds superficial, I want to be more available for Researchers by teaching them how to make better documents or giving them info about the Research departement. The Second reason I am applying for Executive Researcher is because I would like to be involved in helping and coming out with ideas for the Research Departement that will be passed to the Directors of Research for further examination.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Before starting by saying why I am suitable for the Executive role I want to mention that there is 1 bad side:
I have not been on Research for an extremely long time but during the time I have been here I kept coming out with original and great ideas.
I believe I am suitable for Executive Researcher for different reasons and I am going to mention the main ones once again:
I would like to start off by saying that I have Clearance 4 Experience and I know how to manage a departement in absence of Directors.
I am suitable for Executive Researcher because I have something that all Clearance 4 positions require, patience, to hold a Clearance 4 position especially Executive Researcher you must be patient and you must not get mad to each single mistake a Junior Researcher makes, I am and will always be available for all members of Research
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
At the moment I have written 5 Excellent documents, the rest of them are all good.
There are many things that makes a document excellent:
We all know that everyone enjoys reading a well formatted Research document, that is why you should not leave out the format of the first page,
decorations and images are always a good start for a document, here is an example
On the second page you must put an index with 6 points:
An Introduction about the SCP you are going to test
The Aims of the test
The Methods of the test
1 or + hypotesis
the happenings and a conclusion
In the introduction section I suggest to use small text and put a long description of the SCP and at the bottom a picture of it.
The aims and hypotesis should be done in paragraph unless there are multiple hypotesis or aims.
One of the most important parts are the methods, it is recommended to use small text since the methods section should allow the reader to perform the test in the same exact way it is explained on the page.
Lastly the happenings must describe what happens before doing a test such as obserations and in the conclusion you must confirm the hypotesis or write a new scientific fact/theory
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The Executive Researcher is in charge of the Research departement, their main duty is to supervise Researchers, answer to their questions when they need, approve documents and give a feedback to everyone and carry out all Director of Research tasks.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Enzo Marchetti, born in 1992 in Italy, Milan. He is son of a farmer and a housekeeper.
Enzo Marchetti's family was not rich but they always tried to give everything Enzo wished to have, nothing was missing.
Marchetti's family used most of their money to send Enzo to a prestigious school about science.
The young man graduated with the maximum of grades. He decided to go to university and after graduating he got involved with the Anomalistics departement which uses scientific theories and methods to evaluate anomalies with the aim to find a rational explanation.
After years of service Enzo Marchetti was reported of an anomaly in a old house, it was a mirror. Once the anomalistics reached the house they got absorbed by the mirror.
After they landed in the place they noticed something:
They finished in an alternative dimension where there was a CK Scenario. The team started having panic attacks until a giant monster without the lower body part apporached them, he started smashing members of the Anomalistics and eating them. Enzo Marchetti managed to find a repair from the monsters. He did not mind to do any research due to the fact that he was too afraid and he has seen all of his team being crushed and eaten. After 5 days in the alternative dimension he found someone, with an orange uniform and a rope tied around his body and something on his back saying "Class-D". He did not ask any questions to him and started climbing the rope until he escaped the alternative dimension but 3 Armored men with an insignia saying "E-11" cuffed him and knocked him out.
After 24 Hours Marchetti woke up in a white room where a man came in to interrogate him.
"Who are you? Why were you inside SCP-093"
And Marchetti said
"SCP 093? What the hell we were sent there because an anomaly was reported, I am with the Anomalistics team!"
The mysterious man looked at Marchetti for a couple minutes and exclamated
"Ohoh then you are perfect for us, follow me and I will give you a job to do."
Enzo followed the mysterious man and learnt that he was a member of the Intelligence departement and found out about the SCP Foundation.
He was given the role of Junior Researcher and was promoted to Researcher a couple years later.
Marchetti enjoyed his position in the Foundation Research departement since he was able to learn more about anomalies and instead of just giving a rational explanation he was able to test on them.
After years in the departement he was promoted to Senior Researcher and after conducting 2 Successful tests he was given the position of Executive Researcher.
