What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Assistant?
I believe that I'm the best candidate for Ethics Assistant for three main reasons:
First of, my previous experience as an Ethics Committee Assistant proves that I'm able to follow orders, and have the ability to complete my required duties to an extent that's above standard and would be useful to others. Having a large extent of experience within ethics means that I have a high-moral compass and I'm able to adequately decide how to react to certain situations, depending on the information given to me. I'm able to diffuse high-stress situations, due to my competency in communication and ethics.
Secondly, My past experience within Site-Administration proves that i'm a reliable, and trustworthy asset to the foundation. I'm the best candidate for Ethics Assistant mainly due to the fact that I've had experience in Senior-CL4 positions, something that most applicants won't have. My past experience as a Site-Advisor makes me a reliable individual, as I've had been trusted to look over the entirety of the site. Additionally, I have a lot of experience in administrative jobs and documentation, meaning I'd be able to write documents effectively, and descriptively.
Finally my experience as CI-B proves that I'm able to listen to orders. Me being able to be promoted means that I have to act and follow orders to a standard that's above expected, and promising towards CI. I can assure you that I can transfer my initiative, concentration and willingness to complete tasks to my job as an ECA, if I get it. This means I'm the best candidate for Ethics Assistant because I'm able to listen, and complete complicated tasks that are set in front of me, and I'm able to do them quickly.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
As an Ethics Assistant, You're expected to complete tasks given to you by the Ethics Committee, swiftly, quietly, and effectively. You're required to listen to the needs of the Ethics Committee, and completing their tasks is your top priority. Not only this, but you need to make sure that the site you're in, is in top condition, to allow it to run as smoothly, and to the best ability as possible, making sure that on-site procedures run smoothly. Additionally, documentation is a large part of being an assistant, as you have to pass on information in the most effective and descriptive way possible.
Additionally, they are required to:
- Make sure the site is in order.
- Document their findings, and pass it onto the Ethics Committee,
- Take part in interviews,
- Be an ambassador, representing the Ethics Committee,
- Enforcing the legal codex.
██████ █████ was hired at the age of ██ after [INCIDENT-EXPUNGED] at █████, ███████ on 12/██/████ where he was taken into custody after studying SCP-████ in a ██████ ████████ █████████ with other researchers which was funded by an anonymous benefactor, and after investigation turned out to be '███████████ ████, ███.', a known G.O.I of the foundation. After applying, he was soon accepted and granted temporary CLEARANCE-4 credentials until his new ID card arrived. After 2 years of working as an Executive, '██████' applied for a somewhat-senior position working as an OSA and assisting the O5 in day-to-day tasks and working on Operations uncovering misuse of SCPs and abuse within higher ranks of the foundation. During a standard visit to Site-██, an unexpected breach resulted in ‘Stones’ being taken to SCP-106’s pocket dimension, leading to ruthless torture and unimaginable mental scarring. As such, ‘Stones’ has developed a “thick skin” to certain situations, allowing him to maintain a strong sense of his moral compass, during intense, and emotional circumstances. SCP-106 has been a vital part in ‘Stones’ development within the foundation, although a sad one, and the loss of his security detail is something that he will never forget.
