Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I have been very active in the research department recently and have really enjoyed all the RP with SCPs and other researchers. After not wanting to apply at first I have grown very fond of going up to Jr / Normal researchers and teaching them about making proper documents and informing them what the proper ways of testing are. Which I have gotten good feedback from so that why I would love to become an executive so I could also make sure that proper standards are being held and that if other researchers have any question they could come to me for guidence.

And as an executive you can make sure that other researchers enjoy their time on the server by helping them getting documents approved when needed. Since this a very common problem with new Sr. researchers.

And ofcourse also being able to expand my knowledge ingame about the CL4 SCPs and being able to also perform tests on these since they dont happen as often as they probably should.


What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I would be suitable for Executive researcher because of my knowledge of all scps on site 65 and also some outside in ofcourse. I also really enjoy teaching people how to properly do research and not just throwing D-class members in to die.
I have also already helped allot of other researchers with the proper ways of documenting their tests.
And because of the creativity of the test that I have already done.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I dont keep count but I would say around 10.

  • And a excellent document has a proper cover page a complete research format and a well written Aim and method.
  • A creative reason on why a test is being performed. ( This ofcourse is not always neccesary but is highly encouraged to make sure the studies are inovative )

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The main responsiblities for an executive are:
  • Making sure all researchers follow the legal codes/policies while conducting their test and making sure no ethics violations occur.
  • Approving pending Credit request.
  • Shadowing other researchers to give them feedback on how they could improve in their tests.
  • Mentoring researchers on prop ways of logging their test.
  • Hosting regular lectures which researchers can attend about how to proply perform actions in the research department.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

* Field agent D. ###### *

After multiple reports of missing people in a suburb near the city center Field agent D. ###### was dispatched to ensure the disappearances weren’t related to anything anomalous.

After 2 weeks of observation agent D. ###### reported an anomalous object in an abandoned warehouse which looked like a cowbell suspended by a rope. Because of the location of the cowbell in an abandoned warehouse agent D. ###### Contacted Site administration and Epsilon-11 taskforce was deployed. After retrieving the object and taking it to site 65 agent D. ###### stayed near the area where the object was found. And provided the required amnestics to that knew of the cowbells location. After 3 days a casual dressed individual showed up together with a homeless man. After making their was past the warning signs outside the warehouse agent D. ###### listened to the following conversation.

“So you are going to pay me 100 euro’s to ring a cowbell in an abandoned warehouse?”

<Individual 1>

“Yes it’s a little test one of my friends rang the cowbell and told me that he suddenly felt really high and was running around like he was on LSD. Might be the frequency of the bell. ”

<Homeless individual>

“So you are telling me a cowbell could get me high I would fuckin love this!”

<Individual 1>

“Yeah it is on the first floor suspended by a rope just go up to it and pull on it about 10 times and I will pay you the 100 euro’s.”

After arriving at the location of where the cowbell was the individuals found out the object was gone after which agent D. ###### appeared and held the 2 people under gunpoint after giving the required amnestics to the homeless individual and kicking him out the warehouse pretending to be a security guard. Agent D. ###### started questioning the other individual about why he was paying someone to ring a cowbell. After which the individual stated that many weird things happened after he himself rang the cowbell and reported on seeing a shadow just outside of his vision. After discovering this he thought it was related to the cowbell and started paying homeless people to ring the cowbell in exchange for money and checking in with them a few days after. Agent D. ###### then asked the individual if he had these “tests” logged anywhere which the individual answered with yes in my appartement. Agent D. followed the individual back to his house where he found 16 studies with 16 individuals which all expect one reported that the individual committed suicide apart from 1 test subject which was of course the individual himself.

After some consideration agent D. ###### reported to site administration that there was an individual that had many documents about the anomalous cowbell and that they where up to par with foundation standards. Agent D. ###### was then ordered to take the individual to site 65 for further interrogation.

After 2 days the following was known about the individual:

Name: Barddon Bjornsen.

Age: 21.

Occupation: Unemployed.

Not many relatives

Has a PHD in Virology.

After some consideration by the site administration of site 65, Barddon Bjornsen was asked if he would be interested in a job working with the same anomalous objects as the cowbell to which he answered yes without any hesitation. After which he was hired as a jr. researcher in site 65 and mainly focuses on Cognito hazard SCPs.
