I have received none.
Why are you applying for Site Director?:
I believe that after the time I have spent in Site Administration I am ready to move onto the next step, which is Site Director. As a Site Director, I will be able to more effectively lead Site Administration and make them strive for even better performance than currently as a Site Manager, just purely out of the fact that Site Director position is the highest one in Site Administration and has the final say in the decision of Site Administration (if needed, and the director believes that his decision is going to benefit the going of site, can even overrule the rest of SA).
I am applying for Site Director also for the reason that the position of Site Director is the most versatile one in the entirety of the server. I would be able to create some interesting RP scenarios involving multiple departments or even factions. Not only does the Director position give a lot more RP capabilites, it also opens to me never before-seen bridges with Site Command RP and making sure that no-one oversteps the SA.
I would want to introduce new things into Site Administration, such as delegating certain tasks to each person in SA, but mainly site advisors (I would make sure that the tasks delegated are given out fairly amongst all SA members), these tasks would mostly be tied to their departments that they would be overviewing. This would allow me to more effectively monitor the efficiency of individual SA members and also make them get used to the authority they hold in the site. With this in mind, I would be looking at departments more in depth and pinpointing what in my eyes are exactly the problems with the departments, to make sure that the tasks I would be giving out to people would actually be beneficial for the regiments. If there would be no apparent issues with the department (In my eyes), then I would try to promote more RP creation in them, maybe helping them out with creating some RP directly.
My main objective would be to make SA a perfect balance between RP and administration, as right now, the administration part is certainly overshadowing the RP part.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Throughout my tenure in Site Administration, I have learned about all of the duties and inner workings of it. I know what actions Site Administration should take in certain times or what decisions or proposals are beneficial for the server health and gameplay loop of certain departments/regiments, and which are, on the other side of things, detrimental to it.
I believe that I have gotten myself involved with a lot of different people in a lot of different departments and managed to create some great friendships and synergies with them. As I believe that the Site Director should act as a figurehead of Site Administration, this is going to help me with keeping the departments cooperating with Site Administration on an effective level.
Now, for something I have stated in even my previous application, since I have held plethora of roles on the server, I am aware of how certain departments function and how they should function and what role on the server they should have. This is going to make me identify when something or some department is going in a wrong way and act upon it before it becomes a greater issue than it needs to be.
My overall attitude and demeanor are also things that shouldn't be overlooked. I am a very patient and forthcoming person, as well as mostly honest, but that sometimes doesn't necessarily help me
. My overall attitude makes people actually come to me with the issues they have and not be scared to do so.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
For this one, I am going to use my Site Advisor application and am going to add in duties which are specifically for the site director. Also, they have been expanded upon a tiny bit, since I am quite satisfied with how they were.
Be the Leader of Site Administration
Whenever there is an internal strife within SA, it is Site Director's duty to deal with it effectively and as diplomatically as possible. This doesn't mean that the director shouldn't ever demote people, of course not, just simply that he should explore every other possible way of dealing with a situation and only after there are no more options left go to severely punishing people. This doesn't only mean this, it also means that as a Site Director you are a symbol of SA that they shouldn't be afraid to rely on and others should look up to, but also strife to become someone better than you. When it comes to the decision SA makes, the Site Director has a right to Veto certain things, but only if even after talks about the topic he is still not convinced and believes that his decision is the most beneficial one, since this can cause rifts in SA and make people dislike you, at least in SA.
Operate the Core Sector Blastdoors
If there is a huge threat in the vicinity of Core Sector and no way of getting past it to safety, Site Director can close the Heavy Blast Doors leading to Core Sector and effectively making the threat unable to enter Core Sector. This is done very rarely and people see this happen once in a blue moon, however it is still an option for a Site Director to consider.
Activation of the Alpha Warhead in the stead of Site Command
When the situation is very dire, ERT have failed to deal with a breach or neutralize a threat to the integrity of the Site, and no SC is on-site, Site Director has the authority and is able to activate the on-site warhead. This is to be done only if there are no other alternatives and the problem that is causing us to even consider this has become a detriment to the server health
Appointment of Departmental Leaders & Other members of SA
This is one of the most important roles of the Site Administration. Site Administration is in charge of choosing almost all of the department's Directors/Chiefs (Excluding ISD director, who is chosen by Ethics Committee & RSD Director, who is chosen by O5 Council). This duty comes with a responsibility of choosing a good fitting department leader, so you have to give your own personal opinion and experiences you had with this person. When the person passes the application process, an interview process begins, during which you have to listen attentively to the persons answers and rate the answers and then give verdict, with other members of SA, of course.
Liaisoning for departments under Site Administration
When you become a member of site administration, you will be given a department (or two) to oversee for the month. In order to effectively oversee a department, you have to be in frequent contact with the members of the department, make sure their documentation is in order, make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and make sure that there are no issues with the department from the administrative standpoint, meaning the leadership is doing what they should be doing and they are striving to better the department. For a Site Director, this changes a little bit, since he is supposed to be overseeing how Site Administration is faring in the liaisoning
Site-wide policies management
This is done with the cooperation of Site Command. Basically, this means that if there is either a problem with already existing site-wide policy, there would have to be a meeting with site command (Or just OOC discord conversation) about it, where people would give ideas on how to make the existing policy work or if it just wouldn't be better to remove the policy altogether, or when there is a completely new problem and no policy is created to combat it, it is duty of SA and SC to create one that would remove the problem or minimize it's harm on the site.
Groups of Interest Supervision for the site
Even though usually dealing with GoIs goes to DEA, however when there is either a big proposal or a problem concerning the entire site, SA should take part in dealing with it. One of the main things that SA should deal with is a policy, treaty or a deal that is meant to target the entire site and the entirety of the GoI the site is making the deal with (MOAT for example). Everything should go first through DEA though, if it isn't something to do with SA directly, then SA will deal with it, however they should make sure that DEA is aware of such talks happening and kept in the loop about it, just to make sure they can work efficiently with the GoIs.
Day-to-day operation of site
There is a lot of duties that fall under this category and I am going to list a lot of them here.
Authorization of usage of AA during breaches
Mass-termination of D-class (When no Ethics is on-site)
Distribution of site forces when dealing with multiple threats (E. g. CI is somewhere in facility, and there is a breach simultaneously)
Closing of certain parts of site when there is a cross-training taking place (For example, a cross-training between E-11 and Nu-7 that was allowed to take place in HCZ, HCZ would be closed for a certain time, but only long enough to make sure that it does not disrupt the site functions for an awfully prolonged period of time).
Staying up to date
Not exactly a duty that is written anywhere, but it definitely is one of the most important responsibilities there is for SA. When SA member is not staying up to date with their department, they cannot effectively do their duties. When you are not up to date with your departments, you cannot give any constructive feedback, tips or even any guidance on how to make a problem better, since you do not know that that problem exists. Same thing with the GoI supervision, if you are not aware of the sites current standing with the GoI or their recent actions, you cannot be of any help with the treaty creation since you do not know what to demand or what to give in exchange. As I have said, I believe this is one of the most important responsibilites as a SA, but even when you are a departmental personnel staying up to date is not going to make your life any worse.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
