Why are you applying for Chief of Medicine?
I wanna take a shot at being in a position of leadership again, it'll provide me the opportunity to try and implement my ideas to help improve the branch as a whole. The branch is frequently inflated with medical trainees on a weekly, if not daily basis that sometimes have to wait hours to get trained. I wanna try and help mitigate that issue as I can maintain a very consistent schedule of activity. I've also found I have a very big passion for medical roleplay as a whole, it's something I've enjoyed ever since I originally started playing GMOD and this position would allow me the opportunity to exercise that accordingly.
-
What makes you suitable for Chief of Medicine?:
I have years of leadership experience under my belt ranging from numerous server categories, I have learned how to engage with a wide variety of personalities and how to make them cooperate with you. I have more than a handful of medical experience on top of my leadership skills, I have read countless of documents and have always engaged in it to where it now comes as second nature. I'm incredibly understanding towards my colleagues and I feel I have a suitable attitude towards newer players as I am always happy to help them, it is in fact one of my main missions as a chief of medicine as previously stated. It is not only to train new medical, but to help get them engaged with more detailed medical RP and expand upon scenarios to make the experience of the server more positive for the majority of players.
The branch plays an incredibly vital role to the structure of the server as they are in almost all scenarios one of the first responders to an emergency scenario, at least in regards to combat medics. They also have an accordant presence within the D-block as you will almost always see a trainee or doctor on-site assisting Gensec with medical inquiries. It is therefore incredibly important that the branch has a strong sense of leadership with capable and competent individuals steering the branch in the right path. I'm willing to go above and beyond to ensure the branch maintains a consistent activity and that any internal problems are resolved as quickly as they happen.
-
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
Personally, I prefer doing general physical check ups as they can lead to a multitude of scenarios and allows the RP scenario to be expanded upon as much as the two participating parties would like. I have manufactured a thorough pre-employment medical checkup form for this exact reason.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Medicine in RP?:
The responsibility of the chief of medicine, as with most other authority figures on-site. Is to help train new staff and ensure they get their license, and to help provide a positive presence for the branch. Their role also consists of maintaining the internal structure and expanding upon the branch with new features when needed. They should be the position that helps maintain consistency and fluidity within the branch, and the one that actively communicates with other branch leads & CO's to maintain positive cross-regimental relations to yield the best possible results for all parties.
