What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I believe I am suitable for Overseer assistant as I have had past experience within Site Administration and working closely with the O5 Council on multiple times, My documentation skills are also a standout point for myself being a current Executive researcher and past Site administration as well as Site Command. I have written many excellent graded documents within the research department and various documents off-site for Site Administration being department reviews and some small general policies and changes.
I have had multiple experiences writing new documents and giving input on potential changes within the CoE or Site Administration policies and rules. my executive researcher experience gives me excellent past experience with writing documents and purely reviewing departments also from site administration. I am also familiar with how the Assistants work and what the role is like to an extent from ECA Experience and generally observing OSA's.
I also see my reputation within the site as a personal strength, I have been on the site for an extended period of time now holding multiple positions with many CL4 positions and a singular CL5 position having constant interactions with site command, research department, general security etc. I believe I am friendly and approachable to almost everyone on the site and being someone who most people will come up to for any questions or help.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Taking on various tasks from the council.
- Ensuring any and all CoC Breaches are dealt with accordingly.
- Providing A-1 With orders in some circumstances when no O5 or A-1 CO's are on-site.
- Documenting neccessary events and logging them where needed.
- Assisting the council wherever required.
