What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe I am fit to step into the role of becoming an Assistant for the Ethics Committee due my extensive time within the site, being at over 700 Hours I believe my knowledge of how the site functions and the procedures it puts me in a perfect position to take up this role. However whilst that still being important it does not stand out as much as other factors due to most applicants being in a similar position.
During a normal week I aim to be on site for a minimum of 4 Hours a day of which I am willing to dedicate toward the role of being an Assistant with the long term goal and aim being to work my way up to a Member with hard work and patience.
As well as this I also see myself as a highly approachable person and someone who is willing to help anyone should they come up to me or even call over comms for some assistance I think that this is a highly valuable asset to taking up such a role as it often involves an extensive amount of supervision around the facility whether it be the supervision of testing or even D Block supervising the doings of gensec ensuring the Code Of Ethics is being adhered to.
I also see myself as someone who is well known within the site as well as my reputation having grown majorly since joining this being assisted by my involvement within the Staff team but also joining E-11 And engaging within more RP on a daily basis allowing me to be noticed by a greater number of people within the site aswell as being recognised by more members within Site administration or assorted Assistant members.
All together I believe this allows me to be regarded as a worthy candidate to become a new Assistant within the Ethics Committee.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Within RP the main responsibilities and expectations of an Ethics Committee assistant is to watch over the assorted Department and ensure that all are complying with the associated Code of ethics and policies.
Serve any orders handed to them by any Ethics Committee Member or even the Director.
Provide orders to any onsite O1 should there not be a Member or Director within the Committee onsite.
Speak with and check in with any onsite Department chiefs and or Directors to allow them the chance to outline and issues they have that can be dealt with by a Member of the Committee or alternatively handed to an Assistant as an assignment to then feedback to the Committee.
To add to the past point Assistants are also expected to take on any Assignment handed to them by a Member of the Committee and ensuring that anyone who wishes to speak with an Ethics Member is given the chance to in an orderly time and fashion.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Freddie "Hangman" Helinski or 'Helinski' as many refer to him is just like any other normal citizen you may see walking down the street or out and about on any regular Saturday with family however unbeknown to almost every citizen within his city he possesses a job within a highly secretive SCP Site being Site 65, of which most average people would describe to be a standardised military base of which you may see anywhere.
This all began when on a normal day a few years ago being 22/03/[REDACTED] when 'Helinski' was essentially kidnapped and placed within what seemed to be an interrogation room within the surface compound of the facility during this interaction he was approached by a member of what he would later understand as an 'Intelligence agent' as well as a member of the Research Department, probably being someone high up like an Executive or even possibly the director of such department.
After being left in this interrogation room for what seemed and felt like hours he was finally interviewed by these two men he was given one and one only proposal with the second option being 'unpleasant' as described by the men, His only option was to join the infamous and secretive site and enrol as a new Junior Researcher being at the very bottom of the chain of command and starting as a 'Newbie' having to quit his current day job which was also extremely research based although that research being in an extremely different environment compared to Site-65.
A few months later after having settled in and quickly learning a lot about this new foundation and position he had taken upon himself it became apparent to 'Helinski' that settling as a Clearance level 3 personnel would simply not sit within his aims and achievements since joining the site which is what lead 'Helinski' to submit his application for an Executive Researcher and finally become a Clearance Level 4 member of the foundation allowing him to finally out in the work and determination he had always craved in order to prove his dedication toward the foundation and his role to eventually take the step and become an Assistant for the Ethics committee, though of course it was not as easy as it sounds it took many months as well as even joining a Mobile task force being Epsilon-11 working his way up the ranks to at this current time hold the rank of Command Sergeant alongside the research department and being an Executive. Whilst mainly being for experience within all aspects and all personnel within the site 'Helinski' has also 'trialled and tested' many other roles such as being a Licensed Doctor, an Internal Affairs agent from the very start and even a Sergeant within General Security and manning D Block on a daily basis which proved to be extremely dangerous.
During these past months 'Helinski' Has majorly improved his reputation and also knowledge of site operations whether it be with the containing and protection of SCPs within the site or testing on them with D Class in order to learn even more about them, As well as also gaining his fair share of experience within Internal Affairs doing his very best to maintain the Code of Ethics and spot any abnormalities with Gensec, Any MTF Forces and any site personnel ensuring no breaches within the CoE are able to slip through the fingers of any prying eyes and all personnel who breach these protocols are punished and given the correct sentencing in order to cut down on the amount of incidents that occur.
At the end of the day 'Helinski' has taken the hand he was given at the time of his enrolment and hit the ground running quickly increasing his presence on site whilst also not attempting to take on roles when he is not fit for them gaining as much knowledge as possible as for say a Researcher before taking the next step to Senior and so forth whilst at the minute being an Executive and gathering experience as well as knowledge of the Clearance 4 Position building himself up to finally put forward his application to the Committee.
Later on that same month 'Helinski' was carrying out his second Epsilon-11 tryout as most Senior NCO's such as SGT And CSG would do whilst also becoming part of the Drill Sergeants Squadron within Epsilon 11 focussing in the recruitment and mentoring of new privates and Enlisted members on their journey toward NCO, During this second Epsilon-11 tryout 'Helinski' noticed that there was a certain ISD CO shadowing him the entire time from the bunks of Epsilon 11 all the way down to the training room in LCZ Where the potential Epsilon-11 recruits engaged in the hacking portion of said tryout. Once this was over 'Helinski' Was taken to said ISD CO by his LT in Epsilon-11. Whilst throughout this interaction 'Helinski' was completely unaware at what was going to happen next.
Once taken to the ISD CO 'Helinski' was once again essentially kidnapped being tied with elastic restrains, gagged and blindfolded, after this he was taken to the offices located in EZ near to the Floor 3 Elevator where he was unrestrained and told to take a seat in front of the CO who was now known with the codename of "Roseboy" he then explained to 'Helinski' that after much consideration from the Ethics Committee Members as well as the CO Team in █████-█ , He was then presented with a five [5] Section tryout as such of both theory and practical work ranging anywhere from killhouse runs to knowledge questions about the regiment. After roughly an hour or two of rough and nerve racking work he was taken back to the officers within EZ and put before a firing line consisting of ISD Operatives on 'fire' they proceeded to shoot anywhere near to 'Helinski' without hitting him. However after all of these nerve racking experiences "Roseboy" eventually offered 'Helinski' a new position in the elite MTF Regiment of █████-█ as a new Private [PVT].
To this day no one in the facility is quite sure of where Freddie "Hangman" Helinski disappeared to, with most personnel that were on site at the time reporting he simply 'Hugged' SCP - 096 To hard and lost his life.' The only correlation to this past Epsilon 11 Member is a new █████-█ Operative with codename "Hangman" whilst there is nothing to suggest these people have any relation.
