Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Only one warning for FailRP, during my first time as an Executive, I wasn’t entirely sure when I was allowed to use my gun and killed a Class-D when I shouldn’t have.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
Back when I first started in 2023, the Research department was the first department that I had played and I had enjoyed it quite a lot with the plentiful amounts of wonderful people that were there, so much so I aimed to shoot for Executive Researcher & after a few months of hard work as Executive, I had eventually taken the role of Director of Research. Unfortunately, I did eventually resign due to general burnout and exhaustion (running it solo for so long does that to someone LOL), but after a very hefty break from the server, I’m finding myself wanting to try CL4 Research as a whole once more, as it still speaks the most to me out of all the options available on the server. Also, I doubt this is valid, but during the time I was returning to Research, a few of the people I knew back in 2023-2024 seemed happy that I was going back to Research again.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
This wouldn’t be my first rodeo with Executive, having been Executive Researcher alongside Director of Research will mean that I won’t be entering the CL4 level of the department completely blind compared to how fresh I was back in 2023.
Alongside this, I’m more than capable of creating intriguing Research projects & SCP experiments which will hopefully keep things fresh for all parties that decide to get involved and from previous experience I’m pretty sure I had done a very good job performing projects that were assigned to myself during my time as an Executive, or the Department as a whole during my time as Director.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Since I returned to the server? Three Excellent documents, however between 2023-2024 I had created a lot more documents, with a plentiful amount of them being excellent. Unfortunately, said documents are lost to time following the SCiPnet wipe & general clean-up of the Research spreadsheet, so my words are the only proof there is LOL.
Based on my experiences with both creating and grading documents, the three most important factors are keeping the document interesting to read, providing evidence that the experiment occurred & ensuring grammatical errors are kept to a minimum.
To further elaborate, keeping the document interesting to read generally entails ensuring that whilst each section is filled out correctly, it doesn’t devolve into waffling or going around in circles.
Providing evidence of the experiment generally just means taking photos of the key moments of the experiment itself, since if a document is all words words words but no photos or pictures & whatnot, then there’s no real evidence the experiment itself occurred regardless of what was written.
Finally, keeping grammatical errors low is obvious. No matter how passionate a document is, if the writer cannot keep the document itself easily readable and comprehensible, it’s not going to be a pleasant read for anyone.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Executive Researcher would be assisting and guiding lower clearance researchers, especially Juniors, through research. This assistance could vary between approving tests, allowing researchers to follow you in order to learn from your tests, and accompanying researchers to perform an experiment above their clearance. Alternatively, an Executive Researcher can also run lectures to assist CL1-2 researchers in learning how to properly conduct research, providing insight on what makes an experiment or a document excellent or not. On top of this, there are also the site responsibilities, such as opening and closing specific blast doors, should it be required, operating electrical components around the site and providing assistance to combat personnel, should they require access to a CL4 zone.
