What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
Throughout my tenure within the server itself, my roles and my conduct, I'm happy to conclude that I would be a good member within the Ethics Committee Assistant team. I have held a variety of roles whereunder Overseer, Overseer Assistant, Site Administration Manager & Internal Security Commissioner, which are all notable, high ranking roles that require you to effectively manage and interact with multiple things which include either personnel, departments or task forces. In terms of staffing, it is important to note that there are traits that I fuse together whilst roleplay, which include professionalism, discretion and politeness.

As previously mentioned, I've held a variety of roles and have been taught many things whilst holding them. As a member of Site Administration, I was responsible for upkeeping and assisting the site's departments and ensuring things were streamlined across departments. I did things including; holding departmental/regimental meetings, approving or disapproving new proposals and being a front facing member of the administration team. This is just one of the roles I've held among many. Considering I have held Overseer Assistant before, there will be many similarities between Overseer Assistant and Ethics Assistant.

Taking the other branch into consideration, Overseer Assistant (as previously mentioned) is indeed another role that I have held sometime ago. I represented the Overseer Council, did paperwork as requested and assisted wherever needed on-site and or on behalf of the council's orders. At that time, I grew an immense liking to the council itself, which prompted me to eventually created my own Overseer application which was subsequently accepted, prompting the start of my journey as an Overseer.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

Ethics Committee Assistants hold many responsibilities. Some, if not most of them will be outlined underneath:
  • Approving certain documentation.
  • Enforcing the Foundation Legal Codex.
  • Following Ethics Member & Chairman orders.
  • Working hand in hand with Omega-1.
  • Perform investigations whenever necessary.
  • Act as the eyes and ears for the committee.
  • Attend meetings and uphold ethical matters.
  • Work alongside Internal Security at times.
  • Attend certain events on behalf of committee members.
  • Acting as a representative when it comes to FLC matters.
  • Handling tribunal and legal matters, such as hosting tribunals.

I believe Fuji would be a strong candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant. Their previous experience in senior administrative and oversight roles demonstrates that they already understand the level of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility expected from a position such as this.

Their experience as an Overseer Assistant in particular is relevant, as they have already worked within a similar support structure involving paperwork, representing a council, following orders, and assisting with on-site matters. Their time within Site Administration and other leadership positions also shows that they are capable of communicating effectively with departments and personnel while handling responsibilities appropriately.

Overall, I believe Fuji has the experience, maturity, and understanding of server operations necessary to perform well as an ECA. +Support
