What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
I believe I am the best canditate for ECA due to the fact I am motivated to create RP for myself and the people around me, enhancing their experience on the server.
I would like to have the position to make that more possible, Of course other jobs are able to do that, but I believe I would be able to do that to a further extent with this position.
Also due to my tendency to play Tech Expert, I am familiar with slow, sometimes boring, RP heavy roles, which I believe ECA could be at times.
Although I am aware that I don't have any prior CL4 experience, nor have I done much if any documentation work before, I believe I am able to learn these things new to me. As I am eager to always learn more to enhance the RP experience of myself and others.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The primary role of ECA's is in the name, to assist the Ethics Committee in any tasks they task the assistants to do, and to report any sort of ethics violations of CL4+ Personnel.
ECA's also often speak for the Ethics Committee on their behalf, if they are unable to do so themselves for any sort of reason.
ECA's are able to give orders to O-1, if no ECM's are on site or if they have been given this responsibility by them.
ECA's are also there to enforce the FLC, making sure the departments don't break any of the rulings in the codex, and to answer any questions relating to it.
ECA's are also able to authorise and supervise tests that require ethics approval, if the test doesnt involve 008 or termination of these SCPs.
As CL4 personnel, ECA's also end up in situations where they need to lead the site, if no SA or SC are on site to handle, which results in many responsibilities, such as: Authorising AA if they are the highest rank on site
Ensuring the communications between departments remains excellent
Leading non combatives to the breach shelter and keeping PW clear by closing the blastdoors and ensuring there is still order, even in emergencies.
Being a rolemodel for everyone else on the site.

*The ambience of the foundation is loud, but even through all that clutter, every now and then something shows up on the comms channel*
[Comms C.L. 2] Tech Expert "Ganch" : Tech Experting.
*The scene is of an office, deep within the foundation*
???: Right, that Tech Expert. When will he ever stop.. Would have thought he died years ago, but nope here he is. A lucky one clearly.
*A cup is heard falling onto the ground, a sigh is heard, followed by a knock on the door*
???: Come in.
*An ECA walks in, and hands a folder to the ECM*
ECA: Sir, another application for ECA came in, heres the personnel file for the applicant.
ECM ???: Thank you, would you be a dear and clean the coffee off the ground before someone slips on it? Thank you.
*The ECA nods, before leaving the office and closing the door behind them*
ECM ???: Right another applicant, wonder who this might be, hopefully someone that doesnt drop cups of coffee on the office grounds.
*The ECM opens the folder with freshly printed documents in it*
ECM ???: Speak of the devil. This would atleast make him shut up on the comms, hopefully atleast.
*The ECM makes a call, fast forward to the next day.*
*A Tech Expert is seen walking into the committee*
O-1 Operative: Hey! State your business in the committee offices!
Tech Expert "Ganch": The ECM called me in for an interview, thought you would be made aware. Satchel has my tools in it, and heres my ID.
*The Tech Expert hands his ID, like he has done this a million times before, before he is let through inside the offices.*
*The door opens to the same office as before, although this time with O-1 Operatives guarding right outside.*
ECM ???: Evening Ganch. You can leave your tools at the door, sit down please.
ECM ???: I have been made aware that you are interested in the position of an ECA, is this right?
Tech Expert "Ganch": Indeed, i would like to expand my duties in the foundation for the first time in years.
*A hour and a half passes, the door opens and the Tech Expert walks out*
ECM ???: The lovely O-1 will guide you to where you can get your new suit. And for the love of god, do NOT say "Ethics Assisting" on comms!
Tech Expert "Ganch": Of course, thank you for your time, look forward to working with you! Come on, lets go O-1, your new assistant needs a nice suit.

Introduction: Poor fella, never treated right, quite a miracle that he still stands here. Started off in the foundation in the year 200█ as a Nu-7.
Became a CPL before being recruited into A-1. Ended up out of any sort of combative job and a good old amnestication. After that he got trained to become an Engineer and later on became a Tech Expert in the year 201█. Suffered with substance abuse, nowadays rehabilitated. Seen on Site-65 saying the same phrase on comms over and over again. Seems to be a coping mechanism of some sorts? Been offered therapy, refused, seems happy with the current situation and doesn't want to talk about his time on MTF's. Hell, he doesn't even remember the time as A-1, nor that he was one. To be fair that's expected. Recently became interested in promotions to higher positions. Due to Site-65's situation, can't be assigned to become a Logistics Manager. Interested in a position of ECA.
