I have been playing for a couple months. I have attached a screenshot of my !time

Age:

19

In what country are you located?:

England

Time zone:

BST/UTC+1

Character name(s):

Ghreg

Civilian name:

Ghreg

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):

UK

Do you have a mic?:

Yes

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:

None

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

No kicks or bans but a warning for RDM as a d-class

Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?

I am applying, because i want to progress my medical journey on site-65, I also want to provide new and old medical staff with help from a leadership perspective rather than just another Sr. Doctor. I want to help people grow in the medical department by giving them the stepping stone they might have needed otherwise.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:

I am trusted by most medical leadership due to the amount of time i have been around as medical, I have knowledge of all procedures the department will do and am able to do all duties that is needed of me without worry that being a psyche eval, physical eval, infection testing and curing, surgeries and many more.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:

Psyche Eval:

A Psyche Eval starts by getting the patient into the consultation room making sure they are comfortable opening up. When done i will ask them basic questions of their name, department and rank, and how long they have been in that department.

After, I will go through the different sections of the document asking all questions at a pace comfortable for them writing down everything they tell me and highlighting anything they say that might be a concern.

When everything is asked i let them know about the back page and see if they have anything final for me to note down, if not i would print out 2 copies of the eval i would sign both and get them to sign both, I would keep one copy in the consultation room in the corresponding drawer and give them the other copy to take to their own departments area or as proof it has happened if one was ordered by their higher up.

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:

-To provide new medical staff with the training they need to succeed
-Grade any submitted document
-Train combat medics
-Uphold all medical rules making sure everyone follows them
-Ensure no one abuses their medical equipment
-Train current medical staff to be the best they can be

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Ghreg has always had an interest in all things medical. He always wanted to help people and always wanted to learn as much as he could about the human biology. He has always been quite stern when it came to medical work, never sugar-coated anything if you were dying he would tell you, when someone from site 65 came up to him and explained everything he was very intrigued he knew almost everything about humans but not "anomalies" or what ever the man called them, he was shown some pictures of what had happened to some d-class after they have interacted with something designated the "VHS Tape" he saw the persons brain has turned into the same shape of the tape you would see in a VHS. While on site, Ghreg heard about a researcher testing on the VHS again and wanted medical to cut open their head to look at their brain. He ran to be one of the doctors operating on the d-class. Once the person is on the operating table Ghreg tried his hardest to contain his excitement for what's about to happen, he always wanted to be the one to cut part of the brain off the patient and look at it using a microscope to find out what's wrong and to see if anything could be done from a surgical standpoint to either keep the effects or undo them.

Edited: Basically remade it to fit the standard i didn't meet on my previous submission. Making it look nicer in formatting and making my answers longer rather than like 3 lines
