Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector:
I am applying for Internal Security Inspector because I want to help protect the Foundation from internal threats such as misconduct, negligence, corruption, and FLC violations. I believe internal security is just as important as containment and external defense, and I would like to contribute by investigating incidents fairly, enforcing regulations, and ensuring all personnel remain accountable to Foundation standards.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector:
I believe I am suitable for Internal Security Inspector due to my experience as a former MTF Commander, my active involvement within ISD, and my ability to hold myself, my peers, and my superiors accountable.I have actively been part of ISD and intend to continue doing so, upholding the FLC and taking all reports seriously. I try to make myself as available as possible for Foundation staff who come to the ISD Wing to make reports, which I then investigate thoroughly and handle appropriately. I also just have a ton of fun being part of ISD, dealing with FLC violators with the other personnel has been so much fun, and I wish to move further up the ladder into a more leadership-based position where I can take on greater responsibility and help improve the department.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I think an ideal Internal Security Inspector is someone who is tough but fair. They should be able to hold department members accountable if they commit FLC violations, while still acting professionally and without bias. An Inspector should be capable of making critical decisions under pressure and at a moment’s notice. They should also have a strong understanding of the FLC, ISD procedures, and how to handle reports and investigations properly.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality:
I have written a few major roleplay-serving documents during my time as Omega-1 Commander. These included documents related to tribunals, interrogations, and investigations. What made these documents good in terms of quality was that they were information-dense, well structured, and clear in their purpose. They left very little to interpretation, covered most relevant bases, and provided enough detail for others to understand the situation, evidence, and outcome without confusion.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP:
  • Guide Agents, Investigators and Operatives.
  • Take initiative for the Department if no other high-ranking personnel is available.
  • Interview promising Agents and Operatives.
  • Ensure ISD personnel follow the FLC and department procedures.
  • Oversee reports made by Foundation personnel and ensure they are handled properly.
  • Help train newer members and improve their understanding of ISD duties.
  • Communicate with other departments when investigations or reports involve them.
  • Maintain order within the ISD Wing and ensure reports are taken seriously.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I would be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security because I have previous command experience as a former MTF Commander, as well as active experience within ISD. I understand how to lead personnel, make decisions under pressure, and hold people accountable regardless of rank. I would aim to be tough but fair, ensuring that FLC violations and misconduct are handled professionally and without bias. I also enjoy supporting other ISD members, helping subordinates improve, and making myself available when people need guidance. I believe my experience, activity, and commitment to the department make me a strong fit for an ISD leadership position.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Grayman was formerly a Chief Inspector within the Police Service of Northern Ireland, where he gained extensive experience in investigations, counter-corruption work, intelligence handling, and high-risk operations. His career in law enforcement made him highly familiar with managing sensitive information, interviewing suspects, handling internal misconduct, and making difficult decisions under pressure.

After several unusual incidents came across his desk, many of which involved unexplained disappearances, impossible evidence, and witnesses giving reports that could not be logically explained, Grayman eventually came to the attention of the Foundation. Rather than being amnesticised, his investigative skillset, discipline, and ability to remain calm around abnormal situations led to him being recruited into Foundation service.

Within Internal Security, Grayman is a serious and observant figure. He is not overly aggressive, but he is direct, professional, and difficult to mislead. His background as a Chief Inspector gives him a strong belief in accountability, proper procedure, and evidence-based investigation. He does not enjoy unnecessary cruelty or power abuse, but he has little patience for negligence, corruption, or personnel who endanger the Foundation through carelessness.

Storyline wise, Grayman would be involved in investigations into Foundation misconduct, corruption, information leaks, unauthorised experimentation, and abuse of authority. He could also take part in interrogation RP, tribunal related roleplay, and cases involving possible infiltrators or compromised staff. A recurring part of his character would be the conflict between his old law enforcement morals and the Foundation’s colder methods.
