Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
yes, in the past i have received warns and 1 ban. most of them were for FearRP, however I have been on my best behaviour to not break any rules again and all my warnings have since expired.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
Exec. Researcher is the next step of progression in the research department, i wish to be able to be more involved in this aspect of server, but the things i want to do are often a little limited when only holding the Sr. Researcher role. I started working towards becoming an Exec. Researcher after seeing what other Exec. Researchers can do and how much more opportunities they have in roleplay due to their position.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I have (in my opinion) already been more involved in research than the average Sr. Researcher. I have many times now assisted in tests conducted by Executive Researches, such as multiple scp-008 tests. I also conducted many tests on my own, on various SCPs.
I also really enjoy helping around new Jr. Researchers (or whoever asks for help in general) showing them around and explaining what they can do to be a good member of the research team. I already have introduced multiple Jr.'s to the basic of the research department which i believe i could only do more of if i were to become an Executive, where that would become one of my responsibilities.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have written multiple excellent-graded documents, i dont really know how to check the exact number, but there is a couple of them.
A document should always follow the general layout (Aims,Method,Findings,Conclusion). to be excellent it needs to be descriptive and extensively cover the experiment. good documents should cover topics that were not extensively covered before. they should be original and creative.
In short, the document should be of high quality, original, creative, and follow the basic document layout so that they are easily readable and not just a wall of text. Researchers also should take care to avoid any grammatical errors in their writing.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
An executive researcher has many responsibilities. their most important role is to assist other members of the research department. they should answer questions, help others when needed and in general ensure that everyone has a chance to understand what to do.
Executive researchers also need to ensure that research is being conducted smoothly, they should ensure that researchers are conducting ethical research, and arent violating department policies. they might be forced to issue jobbans in case of serious wrongdoings.
Executive researchers also authorize various experiments for lower clearance researchers. depending on the nature of the test some of them might require Exec. researcher approval (for example certain combinations of scps in a cross-test, use of anomalous chemicals in testing, etc.). Researchers who require approval are expected to submit a draft document of the test they plan to conduct, and present it to an Exec. so that he can verify and authorize the test. (some types of tests might need to be approved by ethics, in which case the exec should instruct the researcher how to obtain ethics approval if they dont already know how to that)
Being a part of the research team, they should also obviously continue to do experiments on their own just like any other researcher.
Executive researchers, being a CL4 role, might also be expected to do things such as let people into the breach shelter during a major C5, or closing the blast door.
