Why are you applying for Security Captain?
as GSD is the only dpt that is fun to play as seen to my other roles I had GSD was the only one I was active and proud of. It was fun to play with the new people that where new to the combative side of the server with GSD and to teach them and the RP as a CPT is more advanced than the RP of the rest of GSD. I have seen a few cpt's since my return that are lacking the quality of patience of teaching others how to do things and the RP quality with it could become better. I know how it is to be a cpt for a long(ish) time and know where to make it better where its worse and that challenge is fun to take on to look if its possible if I can change it to good.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I have the skilles of being captain and I was part of one of the early sub-dpt's Head Hunters it was a DPT that was a officer+ (this was before SGT was added) this was even used after SGT was added to teach them how to become CPT. I was leading this sub DPT from the beginning with multible others as they were promoted or quiting in the server but I stayed. as that sub dpt was to teach others how to become CPT I think I still can have it in me to become cpt as I used to teach others to be on that level. I was allowed to do 1 sweep in the time of my return and I still have it in me to lead a sweep. I try to keep contact with my fellow GSD as when I am inside of D-Block I try to keep in touch with the GSD on patrol and the other way around I keep in touch with the ones in D-Block when im on patrol. I also have good management when telling people what to do and what not when SGT+ is not around. I look where people have strong spots and put them there and every now and then rotate GSD around from place to keep them from leaving their POI from boredom. When I was CPT I usually was 1 of the highest in Tryout/training numbers aswell as my activity I can assure that the numbers will stay high as possible. I also had allot good connections to other dpt's atleast I tried that was so I can make having cross trainings easy and RP friendly.
Edit note:
I also have been rewarded captain of the week 4 times(still the person with the most cpt of the weeks) and have been rewarded a instructor's commendation.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Teaching GSD the things that they need to know like: how to proffeciannally use the comms and using their equepment as good as possible
- hosting/giving tryouts for the needed licences
- Hosting and preparing trainings for the DPT
-Hosting and preparing cross trainings for the dpt so they learn how to work with other dpt's
- being connected and good with other dpt's and giving each other usefull info when needed.
- communicating with GSD and the rest of the foundation.
- sweeping D-Block when needed
- Keeping D-Block orginised
- communicating with research DPT about the GSD we have for testing purposes
- keeping the FLC in use for everyone ensuring GSD know what the FLC is and making them uphold it
