Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I am applying for the Security Captain role as I wish to help and assist new Cadets and current members of the team. In addition, I would like to assist in the growth and development of the GSD department by using old and good GSD Captain tactics in the old times. I would like to bring back different (non-licence) trainings that can improve our teams capabilities. I would like to give my time and effort to help out the team with sweeps and trainings. I also want to improve my skill with leadership by taking this opportunity and get to know GSD better. I would strive to be a role model for striving personal on how to behave and act. I feel that there is sometimes a lac of activity from online Captains and only online to meet there time requirement not putting in effort that I can do.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I am suitable for GSD Captain as I am mature despite my age. I am responsible and with my previous knowledge I can pick back up quickly. I can learn fast and I have good leadership skills. I am active and I am loyal to the foundation and love working here.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
1. Leading D-Block to make sure it is all safe,
2. Assisting members of GSD ascend there rankings by giving tips and information,
3. Answering any questions,
4. Making sure members of GSD are following the site guidelines and reporting / backlisting members who are not taking it seriously,
5. Leading sweeps,
6. Giving out POIs,
7. Scouting out good members for the Sergeant role,
8. Rewarding good behaviours with credits,
9. Hosting training / tryouts for licences for members of the team,
10. Be a role model,
11. Making sure those D-Boys are being good ,
11. Giving out work permits,
12. Keeping comms up to date.

To say myself idk if you have seen me in the facility but currently I wouldn't call myself a minge. In addition that was a long time ago and I have been improving my RP skills lots more. In addition age doesn't mean I am a minge anymore. I was Cpt quite a while ago in-addition.

well the requiment for posting the GENSEC CPT app is still "experience as security officer" (which is outdated kinda for me) but yeah with the good grammar, format and having all licenses he should already got GENSEC SGT whitelist

I am currently working my way up to Sergeant and leading sweeps, watching over tryouts and managing D-Block when I am the highest ranking online.

Guys everybody lies about their age in their first few applications, nobody is actually going to allow a 10 year old to become an ECM but if they lie and say they are 15, they will still get denied but they will not be memed for being 10 years old.

I would like to say thank you for those people that understand. I would like to say that I have been trying to become a Sergeant and have been responsible over D-Block and managing it to my best extent.​

regardless of the drama that is happening in this thread,
i suggest you get SGT first and lead D Block and a couple of sweeps when there is a some high ranking GSD/Site staff on site.
i remember you being captain before but i don't remember how you did as a captain tbh (memory is not great).
i know you are being an officer on site and try to take the lead of D block, but i think being SGT is better and people will notice you better than you being officer, which in turn will make them come to this forum and support your application (and i will too when you get SGT and do good).

I’m not going to give a + or -Support, but ,all I will say is that I see potential in you. But I think you do need alittle more experience in GSD ie. SGT. You have got some good skills and qualities that will unlock a foundation for you to develop your skills further from in the hopes of becoming a CPT and I think if you learn from the great leaders in GSD such as the GSD junior and Senior Leadership team and what they have to offer I think you will have a great chance.

For someone who was a ex GSD Captain, I must say the performance I saw from you earlier did not seem Captain worthy. You attempted to cuff a D-Class while he was moving and just told him to stop moving and began getting frustrated even though you could have gotten someone to gunpoint him however you just told him to repeatedly stop and got frustrated. This performance did not seem like you are ready for Captain to me along side not being a SGT. For these reasons I am leaving a -support.

I would like to say in-response to this I did actually ask someone to help me out and it isn't my fault a D-Class doesn't stop when I say so and it didn't escalated for me having to take out my weapon (That takes time) as he just walked towards a researcher and a different GSD was the one Gun-Pointing him. I think this was also late at night if I was correct so that was why I was irritable and if it was some time today then I has a shit sleep that could also explain that. I do find it quite weird bringing up and taking in one time where the D-class didn't listen saying in am not 'Captain Worthy'.
