Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: -Fail RP for not listening to MTF e-11 as a researcher. A kick because I was stuck in a death loop. Fear RP because I didn't listen to CI whilst a gun was pointed at me (I think). Finally ARDM because I stabbed a few d-classes as a tech expert.
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?:
The reason I am applying for the consultant position isn't because I asked a Magic 8-Ball. I'm applying because I've genuinely had wonderful roleplay experiences with those in the medical department and with those who have come in and actually done RP with us. I consistently have an enjoyable and relaxed time while roleplaying in the department, whether it's Hotson's chaotic schizo-shouting or performing medical procedures that impact characters' lore. I want to be part of the leadership in a department that I truly enjoy, even though I've only done minor sessions as Roswell.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
Not to boast, but I've held multiple CL4 positions over the last few months. Those include executive researcher, overseer's assistant, ethics assistant, and MTF COs. I understand how to RP, as I am also a gamemaster. Even though I'm not seen a lot as medical staff, I am willing to split my time between O-1, ECA, and medical where it's deemed fit. If given this opportunity, I wouldn't actively harm the department and will at the very least attempt to help those in the Dpt. and those who do require medical attention.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
ARM AMPUTATION— Firstly, the procedure would be one of the more "high-risk" procedures. However, I would begin by using a tourniquet to cut off blood flow to the arm. After that, I'd be sure that the patient is sedated before we begin with the actual sawing. Once sedated, you'd begin cutting. Make sure to cut below the tourniquet to prevent the patient from accidentally bleeding out. I'd cut around the skin before going deeper through the fatty cells and then the muscles. Once I'm down to the bone, however, I'd use the bonesaw to elegantly and precisely separate the bones from one another. After disposing of the arm, I'd then either use anomalous materials like immortal flesh to help seal the wound or allocate their skin grafts/donor muscles to create the stump for them. After that it's a course of rehabilitation and/or prosthetics fittings.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
Some of the main responsibilities of consultants are to train new people for their medical licenses or even do combat medic inductions (I'm unsure if they are still whitelisted anymore). However, they are also responsible for chemical production in collaboration with chemists to ensure that stock lasts. Additionally, there are changes to medical care that could benefit us. You should also take charge if no other consultant or the DoM is unavailable, making sure the ship runs smoothly. You're also there to learn after setting an example for medicine, as you are considered the "face" of the medical department. But overall you must abide by the Hippocratic oath of "do no harm."

I'm not quite sure what storylines he could take part in but my main idea for him is that he'd be the "Anomaly Doctor" Who Specalises in Healthcare for the SCPs (If they get sick that is) as well as a "Human Specalist"
