For how long have you played on CG SCP : I first joined in 2022 but I've only been consistantly active for the past month. In the last two weeks since i was first trained as an operative, i've racked up at least 90 hours of ISD duties.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector ? : I am applying for Internal Security Inspector for multiple reasons. First, I believe the ISD purposes to be the most important and interesting within the foundation : maintaining order and assuring that the FLC is respected is necessary to the foundation, and I want to help as much as I can in that matter.
Then, I want to be able to partake in more elaborate operations and investigations, as well as involve myself even more in the ISD department.
Finally, some Commissionners encouraged me to apply, and I trust their judgement on the matter. I also believe I can be a great asset for the ISD.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector ? : Besides my IRL job being somewhat similar to the ISD missions, I think my greatest qualities make me suitable for the position of Internal Security Inspector : I am a quick learner, as proven by my evolution inside the ISD, I am always trying to get the truth out of any situation and my curiosity and intuition lead me on the right track during my investigations.
I also love participating in operations, trainings, and I'm always trying to write a report on any significant action I have participated in during my ISD shifts.
Finally, although I never actually participated in a tribunal, I think I would do well as either prosecution or defense because of my logical thinking and rethoric. I am not afraid of brain intensive tasks and will put the time and effort necessary to fulfill those tasks.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector ? : As I already stated in the UK-ISD-comms discord channel, I believe all ISD staff, but especially Inspectors+, should value situational intelligence : being able to judge an incident without bias and give the appropriate sentence is primordial to maintain great relations with the other departments.
Thus, an ideal Internal Security Inspector, to me, is someone who's always on the lookout to resolve, in the best way possible, any situation that falls under their duties, management of other ISD members included. Inspectors should especially be people whom lower ranked ISD members can watch and learn good habits from.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written ? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality ? : I have written arrest, audit, incident and operation reports. Some are just basic paperwork but I'd say I have written at least 3 roleplay serving documents with significant importance :
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP ? : As any ISD member, an Internal Security Inspector must work towards upholding the FLC.
Specifically, Inspectors are a part of the ISD leadership. As such, they help maintaining order inside the department.
They are especially responsible for managing lower ranked ISD members, guiding them in their duties and teaching recruits whenever is necessary, as well as representing the ISD. It goes without saying that they must maintain high standards for themselves, as their actions can have repercussions on the whole department's image.
They're also responsible for the creation and management of crucial operations within the foundation, as well as helping in tribunal if requested.
As junior CL4, they also have more responsibilities related to their clearance level and must act accordingly.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security : I am always willing to help newer members learn. I love teaching, and I believe I have a strong enough comprehension of the ISD and FLC to teach others. I am also connected most of the time, both during peak hour and when there aren't as many people around. I can definitely be helpful as an ISD Inspector when others aren't connected. I would also work towards easing tensions between other departments and the ISD, as I believe it is necessary that the foundation stays united.
Finally, my availability makes it easy for me to work on the management of operations and other ISD tasks.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in : When Gyle "expandable" Byle was recruited into the ISD, he fell in love with the department duties. This love made him work hard, not to impress his colleagues, but to help as much as he could. His motto, "make the truth prevail", is completed by his sense of justice, which, at the moment, is put to use in the operation regarding Consultant Roswell.
Introduced to the council of Noras when he was an operative, Gyle developped his connections with other departments, which might come handy in the future...

- One Incident Report following the injection of 106's fluids by a GSD member, resulting in them getting temporarily banned from GSD ;
