What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I am writing to apply for the recently advertised vacancy of Ethics Committee Member, I believe that I have the determination and work ethic to fulfil the role. Not only do i have Current CL4 experience I also work Closely with the current Committee. Since Joining the server I have always been interested in the Ethics point of view, always looking at things differently to determine what is the best action to deal with any situation. From what I've seen as of late the server is lacking in good Role play and i am wanting to change this, as a ECM you are expected to create role play and interact with lots of different people such as ISD mainly, but with other departments like MTF units, Medical and GSD and obviously working really close with the 05 Council.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
There are lots of reasons why I would be the Best of this role of Ethics Committee Member:
The responsibilities of the Ethics Committee:
They are to keep track of moral and integrity of everyone on the site they are watching over, this means that they will have to out people for doing things wrong and reward the people that do the right things every day that the site is active. they are also there to provide guidance and wisdom to those who seek improving them selves, wither that be in documents or advise on how to deal with a situation. The Ethics Committee should be working very closely with the 05 Council to determine what is the best action to take for improving the site day by day.
- Communication with the Ethics Committee to all other Departments/Regiments.
- Procedures with GOI's and how we deal with them
- Relations with GOI's
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
They are to read and go through all ECA and ECM applications and also go over Senior ISD applications as well.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Ethics Committee Member Angus McAllister:
ECM McAllister Helped with the containment of SCP-088. This humanoid with reptilian features was captured by a undisclosed MTF Unit, Angus oversaw the deployment and capture of SCP-088. supervising the team as they got closer to the target, as the MTF team was getting closer they could hear faint screams form civilians within the area. Angus instructed the team to split of into two groups and to move in to separate locations of the building that SCP-088 was in. Once inside they saw a horrible sight where they saw perished children and adults that have turned to the appearance like SCP-088. Sadly all they could do was step over them and move toward the target, SCP-088 is to be described and a Tall and scaly being and not easy to look at. The MTF Team requested what to do in this situation over the radio to ECM Angus. Angus thought for a second and realised that this was just a big turtle and thought the SCP might have the same reaction to being in winter conditions and said to the team "Bring the Temperature down as much as possible and it might go in to a state of hibernation", the team got to work by moving the SCP outside into the cold winter night. over time they could see the the SCP was moving slower and slower and finally curled it self into a ball on the floor with liquid pouring onto the floor. The Team quickly got to work and moved the SCP onto a Sheet of Kevlar and signalled a Extraction helicopter to come and pick up the SCP and move it to Site-██. After the situation was handled by the MTF unit, ECM Angus moved into the site of the incident and made sure all knowledge of the scene was taken care of and moved back to Site-65.

Role play:
I love creating role play and participating in it as well, as a ECM you can and are expected create a lot of role play scenarios ranging from Audits of Departments, Testing of SCP's, engaging with Multiple departments. currently i am working on some scenario's that i am wanting to implement if i do get the role of ECM.
Such as:
1. Going around all departments and introducing myself and hearing out any ideas they might have.
2. Setting up tasks for ISD and DEA to complete.
3. Encouraging the Research Department to partake in more testing and finding out more about the non spec SCP's We have in HCZ.
Criticism:
Giving criticism where it is needed in terms of Documents, use of foundation resource's
- Documentation format
- Following testing procedures
- The Use of D-class personal
Leadership:
Helping Department heads by giving suggestions on how to get people to maintain a good morale and professional work ethic. This will then get filtered down to the lower ranks of that department and soon (time will tell) if the suggestions helped and was motivating enough for people to move through the ranks and improve themselves and their department as well

I was the Lead Prosecutor for this case and was in charge of writing all the required documentation for the case, what this covers is:

- A request for a tribunal sent to a ECM

- Evidence Witness

- Closing Statement
the list of charges that we brought forward to the court was
Attempted Murder, Endangerment, Negligence & Misuse
Sadly most of the charges was dropped but two of the charges he was found guilty of. By order of the Proceeding Judge Casseno was ordered to serve time a as janitor for a set period of time.
