Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I wish to become a Site Advisor not only to further my own RP experience but others also, I believe my past experience within the facility as an Executive, MTF And more recently Ethics Assistant puts me in a perfect position to understand how the majority of the site works and functions on a day to day basis.
- I would also like to be more involved with all aspects of the foundation and interacting with department directors etc to understand how they are performing in the department and what improvements can be made in order to improve the departments.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
- I believe I am a good fit to join the Site Administration team due to my extensive experience within multiple departments within the foundation with some of them being months on with departments such as research being an executive researcher or even Internal Affairs where I have had plenty of experience as an agent and a trained agent more recently due to certain changes gathering a wider picture of the foundation and how people in particular are performing.
- As well as my past experience I am also in a perfect position to be able to put a majority of my time toward the role of Site Advisor, whether it be writing reports for a department or simply observing said departments and gathering the necessary information needed to complete a review with me being able to do this at a minimum of 4 hours daily with a few exceptions here and there.
- I also believe that I am an extremely approachable member of the facility as well as someone who is willing to assist anyone who may have a question or simple enquiry whether it be face to face or over comms. I see this as a highly valuable asset to someone within the Site Administration team and already see it as a widely held skill throughout the Site Administration personnel.
- Overall I see myself as a good candidate to take up the role of Site Advisor due to my gathered professionalism through holding roles such as Ethics Assistant and Executive researcher training jr's and document writing, with a fair share of interactions throughout the entire facility and with Site Command on the occasion having a chat or generally doing facility work acting on orders passed from said Site Command. members, I feel ready to take the next step and move onto a more Senior Position within the foundation.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Within RP the main responsibilities and expectations of a Site Advisor is to generally oversee the health of any given department and ensuring that they are carrying out the duties they should in turn feeding the information back to the O5 Council as well as the Ethics Committee in order to ensure all departments are upheld to the highest standard and given the support that they may need/.
- A site Advisor also commonly has contact with outside groups such as the GOC, CI or even MC&D who wish to sell the weaponry they posses to specific members of our facility. They may decide to grant said MC&D permits in order to enter the facility. Or they may even be in direct contact with CI or the GOC in order to discuss new or existing policies held between the foundation and these groups or creating new policies.
- Overall Site Advisors play a huge role within the facility whether it be writing reviews for a specific department they are assigned or speaking directly to the Site Director or a member of Site Command relaying information that is of their interest to inform a new change or policy that may be needed to help the health of a department to succeed whilst also setting a baseline example for the way any and all foundation personnel should act and present themselves.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Ethics Committee Assistant 'Hangman' As he prefers to be known as has possessed many roles throughout the foundation in his 6 month stay so far ranging anywhere from starting right at the bottom as a General Security cadet at Clearance level 1 to working his way up to a more senior and Clearance Level 4 position being firstly executive researcher and later moving onto becoming an Ethics Assistant which he has held for a month or so now.
'Hangman' or as previously known "Freddie 'Hangman' Helinski" was first transferred to the site from his regular day job as a researcher in a local facility, it all began when he was kidnapped and offered a job at Site-65 which he evidently accepted and has been working for ever since. Starting as a Junior Researcher doing basic tests on inanimate SCPs that almost anyone could have access to writing reports on almost all of these SCPs within his first 2 weeks at the facility. Since then he has worked up his way from Jr Researcher to the more senior research ranks and becoming an Executive. After approximately 2 Months of Executive Researcher 'Hangman' Took his next step and applied for his next position as an Assistant for the Ethics Committee to finally take another step as a Clearance Level 4 personnel.
After a few months of Executive and about a month or so of being an Assistant, 'Hangman' decided he was worth more than being referred to as just a Junior CL4 and someone who has little jobs to do throughout the site, this led 'Hangman' To finally submit his application to become a Site Advisor. He had always craved the position as it allowed for 'Hangman' to be directly involved with different departments and multiple over each months and creating reviews for said departments to eventually be ready for more in the far future. 'Hangman' Is choosing to do this amongst also being a member of Epsilon-11 as a new Specialist but also an ex Epsilon-11 Command Sergeant which he is fully aware he may have to quit should be offered his new position within Site Administration. As well as positions within research and now the Junior ranks of the Ethics Committee 'Hangman' also holds multiple positions within the facilities site affairs departments and general security. He currently holds the licensing for a Gensec Sergeant as well as RRT licensed giving him plenty of experience in even one of the most challenging departments some may say, this gives Hangman a very wide view on the foundation and a good insight of how every department is functioning and how the chosen departmental leaders are going about there roles and duties as well as how they choose to conduct their department.
All in all 'Hangman' Has taken his new position and embraced it with all the effort he possibly can managing to reach his goals he sets every time without fail and managing to extend his reputation in the most positive way possible throughout the site and now being able to put his application forward to the Site Administration team and the Council.
Recently 'Hangman' Also had previous MTF experience within the █████-██ MTF And reached the rank of Lance Corporal gaining a month or so experience within the facility and on Floor 3 Within the facility and at times being in direct contact with the infamous ██-Council who not many personnel on site are aware of with little personnel on-site having any real information on who they may be or what they do. This furthers 'Hangman's' Knowledge on the site having experience within most departments in the foundation and now looking to take his next step.
