Why are you applying for Site Director?
I personally believe my strengthens and past experience within various and current CL4 positions gives me a wide knowledge of the site and how it operates daily as well as holding past roles that have allowed me to gain a small insight of how departments are ran and given the opportunities to improve my own leadership skills as well as wanting the opportunity to use my skills and past experience in order to take a next step as Site Director and prove my true abilities.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I am suitable for the next position in my journey as a Site Director as my overall experience and extensive knowledge of the site and generally most departments has given me a good idea of how departments work and are ran as well as how to ensure they are all working effectively and to the standard that is expected of them typically without intervention from Site Administration or Site Command whilst also feeling I am able to make an effort at managing any issues that arise as quickly as possible and effectively to keep every involved happy and treated fairly.
As well as this, within my current stay as a Site Advisor I have extended my own skillset and worked efficiently to ensure all needed departments are given reviews and informed on anything and everything that can be done to improve their departments and ensure they are always working and performing to the standard everyone expects of them.
I also feel like I have a good reputation within the site and believe I am easily approachable and well known amongst those on-site whether that be lower down CL1/CL2 Personnel to more senior members of the foundation such as CL3/CL4 And the occasional CL5 member giving me a good ground to move up further within the site and continue to improve my current reputation and own skillset which I believe is ever growing from supportive members of the site who I work closely with mainly being my current fellow Advisor 'Slash'.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Within RP the Site Director has an array of tasks and responsibilities they must uphold daily and ensure they are following in order to ensure the site is running efficiently and being a face of the Council for the site to see daily and commonly.
These can be but are not limited to,
- Ensuring the current Site Advisor's are performing their duties and work as they should be with little intervention.
- Communicating with department leaders and seniors to arrange meetings / talks about the current state of the department and listen to any complaints or suggestions they have.
- Ensuring communication between themselves and the Council as well as Ethics is upheld and contacting them when needed.
- Acting upon any issues that arise within the site regarding Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct violations when need be.
- Performing reviews just like those that are conducted by Advisor's bi-weekly and ensuring all departments are being ran effectively with the correct support and leaders.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
As many members of the site already know 'Hangman' from his past applications and extensive role history working within the site he sees himself as someone is widely known and respected amongst all members of the site whilst always remaining as professional as possible and always getting the job at hand done with minimal fuss and intervention from those around him and his superiors.
Many of you would most commonly have known 'Hangman' from his stay within the Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 where he worked up the ranks from Private to Command Sergeant relatively soon after being transferred to Site-65 from his day job that he had held prior. Within Epsilon-11 'Hangman' furthered his own leadership abilities, command & communication skills. This accumulation of overall skills and abilities is what eventually contributed to 'Hangman's eventual recruitment into the Mobile Task Force █████-██, whilst this MTF unit is still unknown to most members of the facility being CL1/CL2/CL3 it is widely discussed that they are an extremely skilled group of people as well as those who posses abilities a little amount of the site actually hold and have to offer making the recruitment much harder and much more unique compared to that of E-11 Or Nu-7, whilst his stay within █████-██ Was cut short due to the resignation of 'Hangman' the short time within the MTF Force left 'Hangman' with a better understanding of how the site functions and in particular what happens within Floor 3 and the general workings of Site Command with the few personal interactions he has had which have also been due to the ongoing role of Ethics Committee Assistant working closely with Ethics Members and more recently the Director Broda Kagen himself. After his resignation from █████-██ he decided to return to Epsilon-11 and work back up to Lance Corporal.
After the second stay within Epsilon-11 as many know 'Hangman' was quickly transferred again to Site Administration and took upon the next journey of his career within Site-65 As a Site Advisor alongside two new applicants who at the were commonly known as 'Slash' and 'Wonka Kane' with the current Site Directors being 'Yeke Maot' alongside 'James Lyndon Pennington'. Soon after joining Site Administration 'Yeke Maot' was transferred to the █████-██ Regiment whilst 'James Lyndon Pennington' took a much bigger step to the Council whilst more recently 'Wonka Kane' resigned leaving only two members remaining being 'Hangman' & 'Slash'. Whilst this was a major shock and unexpected turn to the most recent members being 'Slash' and 'Hangman' Himself they have taken it upon themselves to work with what they have and utilise other resources to also assist and perform to the level they are expected to work as and ensuring every department is giving a fair and bi-weekly review without fail.
This has led to 'Hangman' feeling he is ready and wants to take upon his next step and become one of two Site Directors at Site-65 to fill the boots you could say of 'Yeke Maot' and 'James Lyndon Pennington' which whilst it will not be easy 'Hangman' see's himself as someone who can manage the new role and hit the ground running to ensure the Site is kept running smoothly at all times!
