Previous Experience
Do you have any previous experience as a Gamemaster/Event Manager in a community?:
I do not currently possess any experience as a Game Master in other communities. However, I have assisted with the running of events inside Civil Networks SCP-RP for a couple of months - such as roleplaying event characters with custom PAC3 models, furthering the existing event storyline and ensuring that it is enjoyable for all players on the server.
An example of me assisting other Game Masters is when I helped Napolean run an event where Nu-7 and DEA raided a night club where we (the hostiles) were holding the owners of the club hostage. I was in charge of interacting with world props and blowing up a wall which exposed us to Nu-7 which allowed them to get the advantage they needed to take us out and successfully rescue the hostage.
I’ve also assisted Athena in creating combat maps for use on the server. I was approached as she knew about my building experience and asked if I could recreate some maps from the game CS:GO. I happily obliged and asked for the GM restraints in terms of prop limits etc, and helped build sections of it on my own single-player server.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
I do indeed have a vast array of experience with serious roleplay. I spent most of 2019-2022 involved in serious RP servers on various games, including FiveM (GTA V Modification Framework) and Arma 3. Inside FiveM I have around 1500 hours in Whitelisted Role Play Communities (RPCs) mainly revolving around the British Police Force.
These servers would have daily patrols spanning for 2-3 hours of straight, serious roleplay where you were not to break character at any time. We used real British Policing documents and knowledge to ensure we were serious and realistic. One of the storylines that I helped create as a Civillain Character which I am most proud of was one that spanned several real-time weeks and was about a young teenager who was groomed into becoming a gang member inside of London.
I roleplayed out calls (roleplay scenes) where my character started getting seen doing small, relatively innocent things like shoplifting, until one day when he was mistreated by a police officer who was not having a good day. This storyline rapidly adapted to how other people interacted with me. To the point where my character had a deep hatred of the Metropolitan Police which then led to him being a part of a targeted hit assigned to him by that gang on a Detective Sergeant who arrested one of the gang members.
On top of this, I previously ran the biggest Realistic Flight Simulator on FiveM, I was one of the main people who recruited real-life Air Traffic Controllers to ensure that every aspect of the server was realistic and serious. Ensuring roleplay remains serious was a huge part of this, which allowed me to this day to create serious and enjoyable roleplay for people.

Other Questions
How many hours can you be on every day?:
In terms of actual hours on the server, at the moment it is about 6 hours minimum per day (may be less as of recently due to being away), although this time is split up between DoEA, Omega-1 and Ethics Assistant. I also do a lot of stuff for these roles out of the server such as writing and creating documentation, leading meetings and other stuff.
With regards to how many hours I can be running/assisting with events every day, I would be able to dedicate at least of those minimum 6 hours a day to it. The reason I am able to dedicate this much time is due to me working from home and having a lot of free time during work at the moment and then continuing to play after this.
Why do you want to become a Gamemaster on our server?:
Well, there are a multitude of reasons that I’m applying to become a Game Master today, but at the forefront of all of them is that I have a true desire to create fun events for every community member. I want people, no matter what role they play inside the foundation, to be included. Fun Events can break up some of the day-to-day annoyances that are simply unavoidable, such as being RDM’d or having bad roleplay interactions; hosting these events can brighten up someone's day and restore the enjoyment for the server they had before getting upset.
As you may have noticed so far in my application, I really enjoy storytelling. Creating unique storylines is by far one of my favourite things to do in roleplay and whilst being in the server I have done my best to do this with the positions I am currently in, but I believe that if I were accepted to become a Game Master, that I would be able to push towards new limits of what is possible in terms of Garry’s Mod roleplay.
Another reason I’d like to become a Game Master is because I really want to encourage roleplay interactions. Some days on site there is just simply a lack of meaningful roleplay between certain elements of the server. I want to create events where EVERYONE has to work together and really encourage people, even after an event has finished to work and enjoy roleplay together instead of having limited interactions. Such as Tech Experts being seen as people who have no intent to roleplay, when a lot of the time now that may not be the case. Encouraging these roles to work together will help them see that everyone at the end of the day, is on the server to create meaningful roleplay, they just may not have been given the tools yet.
Lastly, I gain great enjoyment and happiness seeing people enjoy and interact with the events that I create and assist others in running. Simply knowing that I have possibly brightened up their day and put a smile on their face is the most rewarding part of being a Game Master and is probably my main reason for applying.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
One of the things I believe will be extremely useful for the GM Team is my experience with building inside of Garry’s Mod, this is due to me having thousands of hours playing DarkRP servers and with this, you need to know how to build to create an effective base, on top of this I have built many commercial/roleplay type buildings and scenes for businesses and general roleplay enhancements. I would love to assist in building event maps and even help other GMs who may not be confident in building all the little tips and tricks I have picked up over the years.
Something I think that sets me apart from other applicants is that I have a passion for storytelling. I enjoy coming up with events and stories in my own mind wherever I may be at the time and then materializing them into something other people can experience and thoroughly enjoy, an example of this is my character Hans Dierder’s Lore.
I’d like to also believe that I work well in a team, which will allow me to slot right into the GM Team and begin working with others to create my own storylines and events that they would be able to assist in. I would also love to inspire and help other GMs to work on their own ideas and ensure they do the best roleplay they can.
Reacting quickly and efficiently to rapidly changing events is something I take pride in, knowing I am able to keep everything under control even if the worst-case scenario happens, this means to me that if I was hosting an event and something did not go as planned or we had strayed from my original event/storyline plan, that I would be able to ensure that the roleplay flow could continue without seeming broken to the players. I do this by planning out every possibility and having backup plans when doing the original groundwork for an event.

Events
Please List 3 small event ideas (Which would involve at least one side of the server):
"Overlord"
This small event will be based on the SCP Tale “Overlord”, I believe that bringing this to the server as a small event would create amazing roleplay for anyone involved.
The event would work as follows: I will create a house on GM Plane that would be spawned onto a part of the map near the GOC base. It will need 2-3 Game Masters to ensure the event works well, they will play the role of Sarkic Cultits. It will also make use of GM Objectives that describe items in the house such as the camera used to visualise the cultists.
The main objective for this event will be for the UNGOC to investigate and clear out this house of cultists and ensure no civilians in Pinewood are attacked by this group of cannibals. Inside the house, there will be GM Objectives that they would have to “capture” and take back to the UNGOC which will allow for follow-up roleplay scenes to be created.
The reason the UNGOC are going to be the first responders to this is that in lore they are the ones who would deal with Sarkic’s.
“The Escape Room”
This event would be an escape room challenge for the regiment Epsilon-11. We will approach E-11 as MTF Command and instruct them that they have been chosen to complete an escape room created by the foundation. They would be asked to go up to the garage and then blindfolded and teleported to GM Plane where the containment chamber I had built would be. I would need one other game master for this who would assist me in providing hints when needed and for the transporting of E-11 to the GM Plane. Clues will be placed around the room with text screens and GM Objectives.
The escape room would be a high-tech environment filled with computer terminals, screens, and ominous red lighting. E-11 is initially locked inside, and they must find a way to disable SCP-079's control and unlock the main door.
They will be split into teams of 4 to complete this and multiple instances of the escape room would exist at once. It would be a race to see who completes it first. The escape room will be based around SCP-079 - one of the main SCPs they ensure stays contained - and will have to solve different puzzles and challenges to get hints/clues in order to get to the next area and escape. They will have a time limit and if it runs out cognito hazards intended to kill them would be deployed. All of this would be happening whilst 079's ominous robotic voice taunts them.
There would be a full briefing given to each team with lore, as you would an actual escape room but the gist is that SCP-079 has breached containment and has taken control of the foundation control systems.
“Bootcamp”
Chaos Insurgency High Command send out a communication to the Pinewood CI Cell and tell them they are not happy with the current numbers inside the cell and are requesting that they begin a campaign to indoctrinate the people in Pinewood into joining the Chaos Insurgency by using propaganda. They inform the command that they will need to create an indoctrination program where they expose what the world is really like, how CI are saving the day and remove the veil of secrecy the foundation holds. They will be given 24-48 hours notice until High Command arrives to see their progress.
They also mention that there will be a trial of the new Virtual Reality hardware they’ve been working on in the R&D department. It will simulate a boot camp training area that they want to make people wear when undergoing this program.
Chaos Insurgency is told that if someone does not willing want to try this new program out, they must kidnap them, inject them with chemicals, strap them down in a chair and place the VR headset on them.
There will be a delivery of the headsets that will be brought in shortly after the arrival of the High Command that other members of the cell will have to carry inside of the base.
For this event, I will build a training ground and arena on GM Plane which they will be brought to. I will need 2 other Game Masters to act as High Command members who will assist me in talking to the Commanders, organizing the propaganda campaign whilst supervising the CI Base, Surface Zone and GM Plane.

Map Change
Please List a Map change event idea (Involving both sides and the entire server)
"Relocation"
Following a rise in containment failures inside of Site-65, the Overseer Council gathered and discussed creating a new Site. This site would be farther away from civilization, to avoid any more pinewood information breaches, get away from the Chaos Insurgency and be freed from the watchful eye of the UNGOC. This new site has the latest and greatest technology for containment chambers, meaning breaches will become a lot less frequent, if at all.
After years of work, it has come time for the SCPs who reside at Site-65 to be transferred to this new place. Knowing this is a huge task, the foundation reached out to the UNGOC for assistance during this escort. The UNGOC reluctantly agree to assist as they recognized that a breach during relocation would be catastrophic.
The Chaos Insurgency slowly catch on to the fact that fewer personnel are arriving at Site-65 as they are all settling into the new site. Knowing something is wrong they start planning an ambush to steal the SCPs that are going to be transported.
The map change would be to a Canadian forest which would include a place to end the escort. The escort will be forced to drive slow to ensure the event lasts longer, under the ruling that if they drive too fast it could damage the containment measures they have in place whilst transporting, which gives an opportunity for roleplay to happen between all factions, as well as some combat.
Once they arrive at the new site, the foundation will have to secure it and ensure the Insurgency is nowhere in sight to start getting the SCPs inside the facility. At this point they will either have had a successful escort and all SCPs arrive, or a partial success where SCPs have been captured and secured by the insurgency.
Here is a list of objectives for each faction:
Foundation:
Ensure the escort arrives at the new site without any loss of SCPs or Personnel.
Protect any and all vital information/documentation that is being transferred with the escort.
Protect the SCPs from being captured by the Chaos Insurgency.
On arrival to the site they must secure it, set up a perimeter and ensure there are no CI in the area.
Chaos Insurgency:
Intercept the Foundation Convoy.
Capture any and all SCPs that are in the escort.
Create chaos by causing anomalies to occur during the escort to distract the Foundation resources.
Capture Photos of the Escort to remove the veil of secrecy.
(Optional) Attempt to get work with them to take the SCPs for themselves.
UNGOC:
Protect the Foundation Convoy from being discovered by civillians.
Neutralize the Chaos Insurgency Ambush to avoid an SCP Breach.
Maintain Order.
Event Conclusion:
The outcome of the event involves the successful or partially successful relocation of SCPs and Documents to this new site. The level of success for each faction may vary depending on actions and decisions made in RP. This event creates a dynamic roleplay experience with a unique story and the potential to create or change future events in server lore.

Regimental Missions
List an example mission for each of the following:
Omega-1:
One of the embedded members of the Ethics Committee has arrived at Site-65, although this was not meant to be their final destination. The Ethics Member has assumed the position of an Nu-7 Enlisted and is hiding out on surface. The Chaos Insurgency have got wind that this is all happening and are trying to kidnap this ECM for information. It is O-1s job to report to surface immediately to get this ECM to safety and prepare for them to be removed from Site-65. Mission is a success if ECM is picked up from site within 12 minutes of the distress call. If they do not, Chaos Insurgency will get a ping of their live location every 30 seconds. The reason they will get a ping is because they had their tech experts hacking devices in Pinewood to try and find the ECM. Omega-1 must deal with this quickly to prevent info breaches and to protect the committee.
Alpha-1:
Recently a shipment has come in from one of the usual suppliers of facility goods. Although one of these boxes looks out of the ordinary. Somehow, it managed to get past security checkpoints and has ended up in the Personnel Wing Kitchen. After a lowly chef opens up his normal delivery, he notices what looks to be a large improvised explosive device with a note that says “With Love, The Insurgency.” Their job is to report to the area, evacuate PW and try to diffuse the bomb. They have 15 minutes to do this or the bomb will explode, killing A-1 members and causing damage to the facility.
Nu-7:
Nu-7 communication systems light up red with distress alerts about a surface anomaly, although… this isnt a simple 323 or 8854 breach. An unrecognized SCP has breached nearby a city and it is their job to ensure the safety of civilians in the area before it makes it way there. The SCP will be Dutch’s (SGM) huge spider PAC3 with the SCP job. A GM Map will be built on plane and Nu-7 will be teleported to it after a briefing from the Nu-7 COs and they will explore the area to find the SCP. Mission success if they successfully do enough damage to it in under 15 minutes from the time they find the SCP, they will restrain it and bring it back to foundation where E-11 will meet them to take it to HCZ. Mission fails if they do not terminate or restrain the SCP in the time frame.
Epsilon-11:
Whispers float around Heavy Containment Zone after the body of an E-11 SPC is discovered in a supply closet by a Tech Expert who was being escorted by Epsilon-11. The area is instantly closed off and an investigation is launched into finding the cause of death. Was it an anomaly? Was it a person? Their job is to follow clues set around HCZ in order to find the answer. All whilst being stalked by a mysterious figure. Mission success if in under 30 minutes they can figure out who did it and have them detained/terminated. Mission fail is they do not figure out who it was in the time frame, all clues will have been cleaned up by the killer and they will flee the facility.
Chaos Insurgency:
High Command inform the Pinewood Chaos Cell that a member up top has been captured on their way to visit them and are being held in the UNGOC compound. They believe the UNGOC will interrogate them to find out information about other cells all over the world, leading to the fall of the insurgency. They must lead a raid on the GOC base before it is too late. Mission success if they can secretly make entry to the base and retrieve the Command Member, partial success if they go in and shoot their way through which could possibly lead to the UNGOC killing the command member. Mission fails if they do not do either within 40 minutes.
UNGOC:
The UNGOC have been made aware of a food shortage all over the area. Their job is to recruit civillians in Pinewood and go on a mass cook/food drive, gathering as much food as they can and sharing it out between the citizens of pinewood, personnel of the Foundation and the members of the Chaos Insurgency in an attempt to improve relations with the GOIs. There is no mission success or loss, this is simply a fun roleplay event to improve relations and enjoy some peaceful time in the server.
Foundation Staff:
The SCP Foundation has voted in favour of deeming Site-65 the best performing site of Q3 2023, due to the hard work being put in, all personnel with clearance one or higher has been invited to a pizza party inside Floor 2 Cafeteria. There will be speeches from Site Administration thanking everyone for their hard work which will IC and OOC motivate people to keep doing well and know their work is appreciated on the server. Everyone will be able to interact and have a talk, without the rush of the foundation ruining anything. No Objective, strictly roleplay event inside foundation.
