Why are you applying for Director of External Affairs?:
Well. First reason is Ron. Being director can be challenging, it can burn you out. Especially if you are alone. Then, id like to involve myself in more RP. As director you get access to more RP, you get to lead more RP, and more. And lastly, Improve the department. Although I can improve the department as manager, I believe id get more access to improve the department more.
What makes you suitable for Director of External Affairs?:
Well. Overall. I think there is A LOT of things that makes me suitable.

Experience
Ive been playing on this server for almost 3 years. I was in every department now, including DEA. I believe it safe to say that I know practically everything. In dea ive been here for a month now. Although this might seem, not enough. I was in a nu7 ALOT before. Overall, I believe my knowledge is sufficient enough.
Maturity
Maturity is important. I know what to do and what to not. If I do something, I own up to it.
Leadership
Leadership is important for a department lead, especially if you are combatant. I have lead multiple times. Again, knowledge pays a huge role here. I can tell when someone needs help and how to help them. I am also not afraid to hand out punishments if someone did something bad. Ofc, I make sure the department is not too strict.
Dedication
This one is simple, when I have a goal, I finish it under any circumstance. Which right now, is to improve the department.
Strong temper
When someone is being annoying, It takes a lot of effort for me to get angry. And if they do make me angry. I make sure I leave and calm down before coming back or do something stupid.
New Ideas
So. Id say I have Creative/Decent ideas. I believe id could use this as a director more directly.
Documentation
Well. I made like a dozen of documents now. I believe all documents ive made so far are really good. The main reason I believe they are good is the amount and afford i put into them.
Learning from mistakes
Lastly. Everyone does mistakes. When I do a mistake, I look at it and fix. After this, I dont make the same mistake again. I believe this is a really got suitability.

Create Roleplay
As a department lead, you will be tasked to do roleplay within your department, SOP, site or the whole surface. This is ONE OF THE MOST important duties. To create roleplay, you can also try to create events, but they require heavy communication with GMs/Event team. Small RP can be, but its not limited to; Interrogations, Food booths/Q&A booths at pinewood, and more. Events can be, but its not limited to; Storylines, New GOI, and more.
Representation
Directors are representing their department, meaning they should act professional and stupid.
Relations
As director. You need to ensure the relations with other gois, other departments are good. You can stabilize relations with other GOIs by making contracts that benefits you and them, you can help them in need, and more. With other departments, you should communicate, help them, do cross trainings, and more.
CL4 Management
Another responsibility is to manage CL4s within their department. Managing CL4s includes promotions/recruitment and punishment. Promotions and recruitment is decided by the director. Although, opinion from other CL4s is recommended.
CL4 DEA Relation
As director, it is important the relations within the management team is good. This is important as if they are not good, the communication within the department can be lacking.
Issues
Another important part are issues. Director should always look, adress and improve any issues within the department.
