Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?
None that are active I believe.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After playing on this server for nearly three years, I have been involved in every department available: Research, GSD, DEA, Nu7, E11, and Medical, where I even served as DoM. Though I wasn't the best, I tried my hardest. Now, I feel ready to join Site Administration. Although I always thought I was not ready. But now. I believe it is the logical next step for me.

I want to gain more knowledge from other departments from the Site Advisor's perspective. I want to show my ability to create roleplay. Lastly, I want to join the Site Administration team because I want to help the site's improvement in any way I can. I believe that I will be successful in one way or another.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

There are multiple reasons why I believe I am suitable for Site Administration. I have decided to highlight the important ones and describe why I think I am a good fit under each.
Experience
As mentioned above, I have been involved in every department possible. Pretty much, making me understand how each department works . I also have held multiple CL4 positions which has given me experience in managing departments and generally CL4 duties. Also the fact I was on this server for a long time, I know most of the game mechanics, chemicals, and more.

Documentation
Now. One of the most important attributes is my ability to create good documents. I always take time before I submit a document to properly review it for any mistakes or generally anything that can be improved. I would give an example, but most of the documents I made are deleted. Although, I got one test document in my clipboard to always have my research template ready incase an researcher asks for a help on how to make an document. So I guess you can ask me for that. There was also few operations which. Well. Got canceled. I got only 1 available cause most of them got deleted. Here. Currently making another one, if done you should be able to open HERE.

Leadership
Leadership. I have lead in multiple scenarios throughout my time on the server. Like sweeps, I was GSD captain multiple times. Then I was CSG about 3 times, So I lead few raids/defenses against CI. As O1 SGT few times I lead patrols, stuff like that. Most of my time in lead was during trainings. Generally I believe I am good leader.

Determination
Determination is a attribute that effects my approach to goals and tasks. When I set a goal or I am assigned to a task, I am trying to complete. No matter what, I will complete my task. I believe this attribute is really useful.

Activity
I am able to be very active on the server. Even when I'm not online, I keep track of Discord and forums. Also, I rarely go AFK. Although, !time might show some yellow lines, these most of the time show when I'm creating documents.

Professionalism
I am able to maintain a high level of professionalism, which is important since as an SA you are essentially a representative of the site.

Strong Temper
This one speaks for it self. When I become annoyed, I usually don't lose my temper. This can be pretty much proved by the fact I am a staff member. And. Well. If I do lose it, I will take break and make sure I am staying away until I calm down.

Quick Learning
One of the attributes I always mention in my applications is my ability to learn quickly. I easily learn new concepts and skills, which I believe will enable me to perform SA duties effectively in a short amount of time. I would say this is cause I am interested.

Roleplay Experience

One of the most important attributes making me a good candidate for Site Administration is my experience with roleplay. Throughout my time on CN, I have participated in many RP scenarios. Id love to state them all [But I do not remember cause of my goldfish memory :.P]. So I will be stating only the most recent ones.

Recently, I attempted to lead an operation. Although it did not progress as far as I hoped, it showed that I have good RP ideas that could positively impact the server. Currently, I am making a new operation involving E11, as I noticed they lack RP and usually are just stand at HCZ CP. You can find the operation HERE.

Also, I have made few smaller RP situations. These includes small CL3 tribunals, requesting an autopsy done by Senior Doctor, and making a small surgery event where I roleplayed having broken legs due to a fall from 106 dimension.

Overall, I believe my ability to create and participate in RP scenarios would make me a good addition to Site Administration.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Create Roleplay
As an SA, you will be expected to engage in roleplay, which is one of the biggest that has to be followed. This can be done by creating operations, organizing small tribunals, or collaborating with a GM to plan events and more. You can create small events or storylines.

Authorizing AA during situations that require its usage
During Code 5 or Code 1, SA+ may authorize AA. In the case of Code 1, it gets usually authorized only if a hostile BTR or LAV is approaching the base. For Code 5, AA can be authorized when a breach is getting out of hand. So, lets say, if about five SCPs have breached AA may be authorized, or if the SCPs are reaching areas such as the Garage, AA may be authorized to attempt to stop them.

Create and Edit Site policies
You will also be tasked with adding or reviewing certain policies to ensure they remain up-to-date. For example, Lets say in the policies it would say ONLY GSD captain can authorize sweep. To counter the fact there is no GSD on site most of the time, we would make it so SGT+ can authorize sweep. That is an example.

Help Site Director Appoint certain Sr. CL4 positions
When a Chief, Department Director, Site Advisor, or Commander leaves their position, a SA will assist the SD in selecting a new leader. This process can be done by observing potential candidates and conducting interviews. However, the Directors of Research, Directors of Internal Affairs, Alpha-1 Commander, and Omega-1 Commander are excluded from this process as they fall under different leadership [Ethics/O5].

Managing GOI relations
You will also be tasked with managing relations with GOIs. This may be done with meetings to discuss treaty terms or speaking about a Nu7 PVT randomly shooting an UNGEN.

Authorize GOIs in site
You will also be responsible for authorizing certain GOIs on site. From the GOC's side, this may involve discussing incidents, talking about test approvals, or deploying a Quick Reaction Force (QRF) in response to a massive breach or an 008 outbreak. There is also MC&D that might request entry to sell energy weapons.

Watch over an assigned department/regiment
As an SA, you will be expected to oversee one or more departments or regiments. This is essential to discover any issues and highlighting them in a monthly report for the department you were assigned to. You may gather information on the department by observing, auditing, investigating, or interviewing its members.

Help assigned department/regiment
If you are overseeing a department, you should assist with any issues you find. This may be done by setting up meetings with the department lead to discuss and address the problems.

Lead site personnel during emergency
During an emergency, such as a Code 5, you should organize the staff. This involves setting priorities for handling specific SCPs, directing Internal Affairs to manage the CPC, and generally ensuring that everyone is performing their assigned task.

CL4 Duties
You will also be tasked with CL4 duties. These may include closing blast doors, activating lockdown, and reporting any information leaks to ISD. Additionally, you must watch out for intruders, as CL4 personnel are valuable due to their importance, access, and information.

Authorizing Mass Termination if needed
During a raid or breach, GSD personnel may request mass termination. This can be authorized only when D-Block is getting out of hand, such as when CI are raiding D-Block, security numbers are low, or during a Code Black where security is getting munched by 682.

Authorizing Sweeps
There might be a situations where there are no GSD captains on site and a massive riot occurs, you may authorize a sweep and assign a lead from either GSD or MTF.

Authorize of certain tests
During an event where no leadership research personnel are on site, some researchers might come to you to request authorization for a test. Although tests should typically be authorized by research leadership, you may authorize it in their absence.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
