Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
As I want to use my months of experience to contribute to making RP within the site as in my opinion at this moment we are in dire need of RP and I believe that if I were elevated to SA I could contribute more on a larger scale therefore I am applying.
I am also applying as I would like to get more involved with the working of maintaining departments on an Administrative scale which makes me feel like SA is the next step for me.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Experience
During my time I have held 6 Cl4 jobs 1 being senior cl4 with this I have experienced many aspects SCPs, CI, Completing ECM orders and even running a department by myself and with only some help getting my captain team from 2 to around 10 and with it still growing.
Whilst in these roles I have led various scenarios, In E-11 I lead code 5 responses whilst ensuring that everything is being done properly. For ISD I dealt with violations of the FLC making sure that these transactions would occur in a timely and effective manner.
As an Ethics Committee Assistant, I have made multiple operations and they are:
As an Assistant of the ethics committee, I have gained the role of Senior Assistant which for me is a massive achievement and I believe would also be if it was anyone else in my position. During my tenure as ECA, I have made the following project
Project enrollment: This project has involved dea attempting to recruit Civis under the cover they were going to enlist in the CAF and they were being given a tour. After being given a tour they would be interviewed, and depending on whether they passed or failed they would move on to the next stage. If they passed they would be inducted into a CL1 job of their choice and if they failed, they would be amnestic and taken off the site like this never happened. Around 6 interviews have happened with 2 joining the site.
The summary of the operation can be found here:
EC | NTF-456789873230:
This is an operation where I worked on investigating E-11 and the security of HCZ. During this time I interviewed E-11 operatives on what they thought about the safety of HCZ and whether closing secondary BD impacts the security of HCZ. My verdict based on my findings was that secondary BD closed decreases the risk of HCZ’s Security.
I interviewed an E-11 CO where I reviewed this document and told them about my findings and what could be done next.
RSD Cross-test Survey:
For this program, I interviewed around 10 members of RSD about what stops them from doing Cross-tests and how that could be changed. Overall I found out that it was mainly that they had a lack of knowledge and that they just weren't bothered i also found an approach that could act as an incentive to promote Cross-tests.
I gave this document to Niko murk saying about how cross-testing could need some support and incentive so that they can be promoted.
Operation Cleanup:
This operation had D-block and Interro be checked for Environmental conditions which could promote/endorse going against the site or Was classified. From that, I found I concluded that D-block was clear of this anomaly however we did find out that Interro cells need to be repainted as it had some random clutter on their walls.
I gave this document to them at that moment DOIA however where that document went I don't know.

During my time as COS, I implemented several policies, which allowed me to develop GSD personnel and their RP experience.
For example:
- Cross-Test Escort program: this was a program made and decided on by E-11 Commander Mason Phillips, myself, and Site Manager Jax, which allowed for GSD SCU personnel to be utilized during Cross-Tests as Containment Specialists.
- GSDs CL4 Requirements rework: this has made the Requirements of GSD CL4 more orientated on making RP that benefits and involves GSD, as that is a gray area for GSD and needs to be improved on.
These are two more recent policies that I have implemented. Other which have been put into place by myself include the following:
- Rework of work permits: This cleared up the issues of proper authorization being given as there were no signature spots for if MLT needed to sign off on a work permit, and introduced a new Work permit which was EZ receptionist.
- Cross-Training Manual: gave CPTs and SGTs a guide on how to plan Cross-trainings and make them happen.
- SRU X CM Duties handbook: this was proposed by the CM lead at that point and then implemented by myself
- GSD CL4 induction guide: this guide introduces Captains to the department while ensuring all the info they need is given via the guide.

Documentation:
All the documents I wrote during my tenure in E-11 can be found here.
For the ones I made during my tenure as COS the only ones that can be publicly accessed are the following:
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Maintaining policies- Making sure that policies are up to date and that they do not contradict other policies but also that they are straight and simple to allow for no misunderstandings to occur.
Overseeing the development of Departments and MTFs.
Appointing people such as DPT Directors, and MTF Commanders (unless they are appointed by Ethics Committee or The 05 Council)
Being the liaison of a Department: this makes you responsible for ensuring that within the month you are their liaison, the department is performing well and has all the information and guidance needed to make decision for their department if needed.
Representing the Site
Delegating with other GOIs- Making sure that relations with other groups of interest are stable and that there are no major issues that might cause issues in the future.
Authorization on behalf of SA
Authorizing AA- When needed in situations where there are 2 SCPS keter+ breached in most situations or unless it is Authorizing the use of matadors which are for Armoured vehicles, not SCPs.
Authorizing Test- Authorizing tests when they require SA to sign off on them for whatever reason that might be.
Authorizing of passive breaches- Under the condition that they have a BM of Less than 10% and that they have an E-11 Escort at all times during their passive breach.
Authorizing side-wide lockdowns- In situations such as CI having flowers and now exfilling the site, and possibly during breaches. In situations where a SA+ is present on Site.
My Plans for if I'm appointed the next member of SA
SA internship project
This project was originally part of my ECM application but I have modified it for SA whilst also modifying it to have different types of positions based on applicants strong suits.
In simple terms, this is a position that allows for CL3+ personnel to work within SA as an intern in different forms, either Administrative tasks or research/medical Tasks.
A full explanation of this program can be found here
Site 65 War-Games
In simple terms, all combative departments/regiments would be fighting in a 3-4 week tournament where they will be fighting in different game modes from, TDM, Deathmatch, Prop hunt, and a few more.
At the end there will be a prize given out to the winning department for example 200K for the regiment to spend however they feel it should be spent accordingly. The tournament will be a knockout tournament where at the end two departments will fight off and one will be the glorious winner.
SOP Funds request Archiving
If this exists already then I shall not attempt it however I believe that we should log these fund requests so that we can then later refer to them in things such as monthly spending reports and also in looking into whether there is a pattern in how the people who are being paid for have been kidnapped.
Other random events
I would like to make events such as a Christmas dinner soon to the 25th, however not on the 25th as I would not expect people to be on whilst I wouldn't want to do it either.
I have also had an idea to make the EZ cafeteria into a staff party to celebrate how our site is doing and it would also be a chance for our personnel to have a break.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
