Subject: Re-signment to Site-65 Site Advisor

To whom it may regard
As of recently, I have seen the work your site has done with their new and improved site administration team. This has made me quite interested in joining. This is heavily due to the fact that the site I currently direct is in a very well-served state, which is a good thing; however, I would like some fun, and I think that by joining your site, I could. My application can be found linked bellow, I hope you carefully consider my reassignment.

Application

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

So since my arrival back on site I have been trying to find a focus point, and in more recent time I have realised that for me, Site Admin is the department which I would like to join, they are currently doing great things with the new addition of a new Site Director and since then only progress has been made from SA and I wish to be apart of that.

I have been in SA before, and it was one of the greatest months of my time on CN, except from being COS, and even with my departure, which in no case was acceptable from my part, I have been trying to slowly apologise and make amends in the hope that I could be a part of SA someday again.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?

Experience: I have held 8 CL4 roles, which has given me valuable insight into how different departments operate. This perspective allows me to understand challenges from multiple viewpoints, something that can be very useful when addressing personnel concerns or departmental needs.

Roleplay: I admit that I have traditionally leaned toward an older style of roleplay. However, I am actively working to improve and create more unique scenarios. For example, as ECA, I conducted an equipment and sobriety check on Nu-7 as part of an SA directive. This provided an opportunity for ISD and Ethics to collaborate. Despite some unexpected circumstances, such as a lower number of Nu-7 personnel available, I adapted by assigning ISD staff to other useful tasks, like maintaining the ISD wing and searching for hidden contraband.

Creativity: Creativity is one of my strengths. For instance, during my time with RSD, I developed several projects and ideas. Notably, I designed a project combining SCP-076 and SCP-330 (CT), which involved creating a new type of helmet to measure brain activity in humanoid SCPs. I also organized roleplay with Junior Researchers, including a project comparing the intelligence of SCPs in LCZ to that of D-Class personnel. More recently, I collaborated with DEA on projects such as strengthening relations between Pinewood civilians and Site-65, as well as an SCP welfare initiative focused on determining safe sample limits to avoid harming SCPs.

I have further plans for RP projects as ECA, such as an Ethics internship program for CL3+ personnel to better understand the department and potentially inspire applications to ECA. I am also preparing roleplay concepts involving D-Class housing regulations and policy development.

Proactivity: I am proactive in planning and already have ideas I would like to explore as Site Advisor. For example, organizing War Games that involve all combative departments, as well as a Recruitment Fair. While recruitment fairs have been done before in a single room, I intend to expand the concept so that the majority of CS serves as the location for the event.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

Authorising AA: AA is regularly authorised when 2 SCPs which are Keter+, have been breached and the containment forces currently dealing with the recontainment are struggling. This allows for Containment breaches to be dealt with more efficiently, which will ultimately lead to RP being disrupted less in the long term.

Appointing new Dpt Directors and MTF Commander: SA is in charge of appointing both NU-7 and E-11 Commanders in the case of the role being vacant, alongside that they are also responsible for appointing Directors of medicine, Directors of DEA, and Chiefs of Security. To ensure that all key departments are properly managed by a stable leadership team.

Authorising ERT: ERT allows for a swift and strong response to be delivered against the currently breached SCPs, this should be one of the last resorts that are considered on a general basis, this allows for CBs to be dealt with more swiftly and, once again, allows for RP to be disrupted less in the long run.

Acting as a representative of the Site administration: With this in mind, you must be able to compose yourself whilst communicating in a timely and efficient manner between involved parties, such as your liaison departments.

Being a monthly liaison: every month, members of SA must supervise a department or multiple departments, during this they are responsible for representing SA whilst also supporting them with performing their duties. With this in mind, they must be able to communicate and provide information in an efficient and appropriate manner.

Managing site-wide polices: This is to ensure that our site is being maintained and regulated by the most appropriate and effective policies that are fair and effective to all who are affected by said policies. With this in mind, at times it is crucial that personnel can use their own imagination to put themselves in the perspective of someone else.

Authorizing of passive breaches: Under the condition that they have a BM of Less than 10% and that they have an E-11 Escort at all times during their passive breach.

Authorizing side-wide lockdowns: In situations such as CI having flowers and now exfilling the site, and possibly during breaches. In situations where a SA+ is present on the Site.
Maintaining policies: Making sure that policies are up to date and that they do not contradict other policies but also that they are straight and simple to allow for no misunderstandings to occur.
