How long have you been a Senior Agent for?:
I have been a Senior agent for just over a week. However I was told that the 2 week requirement would be waived.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
I am applying for Special Agent because I really enjoy playing as DEA and the people in it are just as nice. Also I feel like I could do a great job in helping the department grow, become better and increase activity. I would also like to try to create even better relations whether that's within the foundation or with GOI's.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
I believe that I am a suitable candidate for Special Agent for a few reasons. Firstly I believe that my activity would be something that would be a great help to the department as I would be able to train more people willing to become DEA operatives. I also feel that my activity would help to create more RP situations as Special Agent gives me more responsibility to do so. Lastly I feel as I would be able to help enforce policies that the DEA have whether that be within the department or with other GOI's.

I have not written a huge amount of documents however here is what I think makes a good document from the ones I have written:
- Correct grammar
- Good punctuation
- Detailed
- Helpful

- Relations with GOI's
- Assisting Dpt. Managers and Directors
- Training New DEA operatives
- Authorisation of GOI on site
- Taking charge in negotiations
- Leading lower ranked DEA

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jim Ford was just a normal foundation member who bounced around different sectors in the foundation. However he finally ended up as a DEA operative which he worked hard for and found himself promoted to Senior Agent. Jim had dealt with GOI's plenty of times as a DEA agent and felt like the patrol he was going on was going to be the same as every other. However this time was different. While patrolling Jim and his squadron were attacked by a GOI. Jim was the only survivor of his squadron and he was taken into the GOI's base and was tortured and interrogated. They cut off his toe. They beat him until he was hanging on to life and the worst of all they burnt his face. After all this he was sold back to the foundation but this wasn't the happy, talkative Jim that everyone remembered. Jim had changed after all this he was now quiet and alone and he covered his face so people didn't see his face that everyone was scared of. However, after everything that happened to Jim he found a way to use his scary, messed up face to his advantage. He uses it to interrogate others to show them what will happen to them if he doesn't get the information he wants. Jim now only seems to care about his work in the foundation and nobody knows what has happened to his life outside the facility.
