Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I planned to join Site Administration for a considerable amount of time, but I have never gotten to it due to my wanting to explore most of what the server had to offer first and getting burned out a couple of times. Now I feel like I have acquired the necessary experience and time to face this challenge. I think that I have what it takes to become a member of Site Administration and to roleplay in a position of such grand importance. I understand that some people might not remember me because of my month-long hiatus, but I can assure and prove that everything stated in this application is 100% fact.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I feel that due to my vast amount of experience and skill, I would make a fantastic addition to Site Administration, with countless hours of experience in managing, document writing, and professional work. I work hard and act professionally whenever required and have shown those skills countless times before. I know of the duties and difficulties that come with the position and genuinely believe that I can conquer all. Anybody that has seen me work in positions such as O-1 CPT, Consultant or OSA can vouch that I am a guy that always gets work done and roleplays on an adequate level when the Situation demands it.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration's responsibilities include, but are not limited to-
Management: Managing MTFs and other Departments to ensure a smooth workflow and the finishing of work. An example of this would be to authorize AA for MTF units in case of a Code 5 that might not be recontainable otherwise.
Site Communication: This includes both communication between Departments but also communication of the site with GOIs. Communication is key to ensuring a good RP and work environment. This task includes but is not limited to: Liaisoning with GoIs, allowing or denying entry of outsiders or Resolving issues between departments that the heads of the department cannot resolve themselves such as specific internal conflicts.
Role modeling: Being a role model and shining beacon of what all administrative personnel should strive to be. Always acting professional and working hard.
Creation or Reworking of Policies and Documents: An important job of Site Administration is to run this site and the best antidote to anarchy are rules and policies, which are made by Site Administration most often with permission of the O5 Council and Ethics Committee.
Acting Judge in Tribunals: When it comes to the law, Cl3 and Cl4 personnel are not safe from the rules. As such every once in a while, a tribunal may happen for such personnel. In such a case there needs to be a neutral judge, which in most cases would fall to a member of Site Administration.

Background
Henry Beepsky was not that special of a person from birth, nor did he grow up to be anybody that special, he spent most of his life living with his family, His mother Judy Beepsky, his father absent, in Germany, [REDACTED], living his life as a care-free teenager, but never really finding something that he wanted to do for the rest of his life. So he picked the safest option of trying to study medicine, which he quit..
Not knowing what else to do he tried to excel in which any talentless bastard could excel at. Violence. He became an Officer of the Law, but after an incident with SCP-[REDACTED], he was given the opportunity to join the foundation, seeing how well he dealt with the anomalous situation.
Henry Beepsky joined the SCP Foundation as a ambitious Security Cadet fresh out of an Police Academy. Over the years, he has moved up the ranks, proving his worth through a combination of Expertise in violence, leadership, and a unwavering will to do his job. Spending several years in the foundation, working his way through the ranks several times and even starting anew in completely different careers again, just to help the Foundation in any way he can.
Professional History
Security Cadet-Seargent (2021-2021):
Henry's early career was marked by his work in the D-Block, escorting researchers to their tests, desperately hoping to get the credit he so needs to be promoted. Which he was in a very short amount of time, working himself up the ranks of the General Security Department until he had enough work experience to try out something he found more Fitting.
E-11 PVT-CPL (2021-2022):
Promoted to Seargent, Beepsky was yearning for something harder, so he decided to try himself in the MTF Unit E-11 designated "Nine-Tailed-Fox" in which he excelled to the rank of CPL.
