What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

• I've been ISD since I've started on this server. ISD comes into many instances in which can become... heated. I've had many situations in which I've had to attempt to communicate and influence to colleagues to deescalate a situation, which in essence is what you need from an ECA. My experience in such situations has enabled me to communicate efficiently to colleagues along with also being a point of contact for multiple site colleagues who come for advice and assistance when they have a problem. I hope as an ECA I can use my experience and willingness to help and assist further here.
• Again with these heated situations you indeed need the ability and capacity to deescalate a situation, but to also to be able to gauge and understand when a situation needs a more serious tone. HERSH (the character) is an incredibly serious individual and so I have the ability to indeed be considerate and kind, but also to be that force required to ensure compliance is followed.
• I alove genuinely enjoy creating RP scenarios. There's been multple scenarios HERSH has been apart of but also multple scenarios HERSH has created (And a big one I'm planning...) Part of being an ECA is enabling such oportunities to RP between characters but also departments. Be that creating an oportunity for a relationship to be improved or the oppasite. It's allowing the players the freedom to choose how they wish to play out the situation.
• Teamwork is also a big factor for me. Since joining ISD I believe teamwork is critical to any good work relationship, I enjoy being a part of a team and bouncing ideas off one another and I thrive in such an environment. I hope being an ECA I can continue to do this with other ECAs but also Ethics Members.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

• First and foremost, an ECA is a CL4 personnel. Any and all duties as a CL4 personnel must be followed.
• Second to that is that of the Ethics Committee themselves, you are there to assist them as stated in the job title. You're function is to enable the Committee members and to ensure that the directives they create are followed.
• As an ECA you are also the first person (typically) someone from site will contact. You're a mouth piece for the committee and hence liaison between the committee and the departments.
• As ECA you don't have the capacity to arrest, simply to advise. As ECA you're there to ensure the compliance of the FLC from departments and to ensure any and all testing remains ethical and humane to any person(s) and/or entities involved.
• Lastly it's working with Omega-1 (O-1) to ensure any directives issued by the Ethics Committee are followed.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

• I'm planning on creating a new character for ECA. Everyone is familiar with HERSH and his backstory so I feel it's about time to create some confliction between HERSH and his cousin, HERSHAL.
• HERSHAL can be, on the surface seen as a naive and somewhat cowardly individual, however throughout the time of HERSHAL being on the site, I hope to expose him to certain atrocities which will harden him, change him as a man and lead him down a dark path.
• Once he has become the shell of a man he once was, I want him to work with ISD and Ethics to truly make ISD a department you simply hear in rumours and a department you need and should fear. I want him to turn into a man who will crack down on corruption throughout the site by any means necessary. (I kind of want him to become the person he once hated and believed should be stopped)
• I also hope to make some fun scenarios between HERSHAL and his cousin HERSH.
