I was waiting for this question. I'll be frank, why change something which isn't broken?
The current format of Omega-1 is good; there's a stable amount of personnel, operations and engagement with said operations, and there's a solid CO team.

The only area I'd like to influence (And I am nitpicking here) is pressing the cover aspect revolving around Omega-1 (O1). O1 is part of the Internal Security Department. Regretfully, I have seen personnel in the past who think they are above ISD personnel, when in actual fact, any person(s) of Jr. CL4 or lower would be wondering why X personnel in my department not listening to me?

I think there's a great opportunity here and one I expressed in the recent CL4 meeting for personnel to play as an ISD operative/agent/investigator and see what life is like. With O1, there's an even more efficient way of pairing up personnel from ISDxO1 in patrols/operations and so forth.

Tl;Dr - More engagement with the cover department - Further opportunities for engagement and joint operations.

I agree with what you said about the cover up that we use. Most importantly that O-1 operatives should be listening to personnel in the ISD chain of command in most situations.
